It's okay but be careful when taking out a policy with them
So a couple of things yes good service, however I appear to have been misled regarding the policy I have, I was supposed to pay £13.90 a month for all 3 appliances, however that was set up as 2 individual ones not as all together like I was told, I am frustrated and disappointed that this wasn't made clear on the call only to find out with my bank today without any new documents confirming the new policy and not once was I told it would be 2 separate things for all 3 appliances be very careful

Brand sure appliance insurance company
Firstly I found the customer service excellent they were honest and polite I had two staff members Louie and Alfie that took my health conditions into account and offered me reassurance from breakdowns which made me feel comfortable with. I would highly recommend this company brand sure as they also check in from time to time just to make sure you are happy and that there is no problems this made me feel comfortable and confident that they actually do there job properly (than my last insurance company D&G as I’m still waiting for a repair to be completed) so I changed to brand sure as they offered me cheaper and better deal at a fix price for two years so yes I’m really happy as so far so good. 😊 Thank you boys.
