Please do not engage with this company
Please do not engage with this company. They COLD called my very elderly vulnerable mother to sell her some unwanted and un-needed utility cover. I have power of attorney for her so have tried to cancel this unwanted cover,however they demand proof of this. Which i am not willing to provide and have had no choice but to cancel the direct debit. If your happy giving money to a company that clearly prey on vulnerable adults then by all means use this company. However think twice before entering into anything with them. I have also reported them to the police and insurance ombudsman.

We would, however, like to clarify one important point. Where someone contacts us asking to act on behalf of another customer under a Power of Attorney, we have a responsibility to verify their authority before discussing or making changes to that customer’s account. Requesting appropriate evidence is therefore a safeguarding and data-protection measure and is not intended to prevent an account from being cancelled.
We are also concerned by the suggestion that Your Brand Cover deliberately targets or “preys on” vulnerable adults. This is not how we expect our customers to be treated, and any concerns regarding the original sales call can be investigated, including reviewing the relevant call recording and account history.
We would welcome the opportunity to deal with this directly and ensure that your mother’s account is handled appropriately. Please contact us at info@yourbrandcover.com so the matter can be formally reviewed.

I had a lovely call from Louis Bray
I had a lovely call from Louis Bray. He helped to change over a couple of item so that all my appliances are insured by the same company. The call was made difficult by the crazy house that I live in, dogs and parrots joining in with the call. Louis was so professional and managed to continue amidst the chaos. Thank you Louis.

Thanks for getting the washing machine replaced as you could not fix the old one .
Have been told I now have to pay £16 a month for the guarantee of my new washer which with the new one there is already a guarantee for a year think I have been taken for a ride not happy

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased that we were able to replace your washing machine when your previous appliance could not be repaired, but we’re sorry there has been some confusion regarding the monthly payment.
To clarify, the £16 per month is not a charge for the guarantee on your new washing machine. Your plan was previously £7.95 per month, and had you chosen to continue your cover as normal, this would have remained the monthly cost.
As discussed during the replacement process, once we have funded a repair or replacement, the appliance must remain covered for a minimum of 12 months, in accordance with the terms of the plan. You subsequently advised that you wished to cancel the cover following the replacement.
Rather than requiring the applicable cancellation amount to be paid separately, it was agreed with you that this would be incorporated into monthly payments, which is why the amount is now approximately £16.
We completely understand why you would be concerned if you believed you were paying £16 simply to guarantee a brand-new appliance, but that isn't the case. The additional amount relates specifically to the agreed cancellation arrangement following the replacement.

So been with this company for nearly 2…
So been with this company for nearly 2 years for my washing machine and dishwasher the dishwasher is no longer able to use due to the racks becoming rusty who wants to use a machine like thatRang today and I have been told they couldn’t do any thing to help me so they cover parts well unless I have became think you certainly cannot use an appliance with no racks I wount be continuing to use your company and I will be ringing for a refund I was sold this on the understanding that the whole thing was covered

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the outcome of your claim, but we would like to clarify a couple of important points.
Our records show that your cover with us began in April 2026, rather than nearly two years ago as stated in your review. To date, approximately £32.40 has been paid towards the cover for this appliance.
When the claim was assessed, the dishwasher racks were found to be heavily rusted and corroded. Given the extent of the deterioration and the relatively short period the appliance has been covered with us, this is not damage that could reasonably have developed since the policy began in April. The condition therefore predates the cover and falls under our exclusion for pre-existing faults or deterioration.
We absolutely understand that heavily rusted racks can make a dishwasher unsuitable to use. However, while our plans provide cover for qualifying mechanical and electrical breakdowns and associated parts, they cannot cover deterioration or damage that was already present when the appliance was added to the plan.
We appreciate this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for, but the decision was based on the condition of the appliance and the length of time it had actually been covered with us, rather than a refusal to provide parts that would otherwise be covered.
