Suite à mon premier avis sur une livraison très longue (2 mois pour ma part) j’ai enfin reçu tous mes équipements ( gants, protèges tibias, chevillères et un short ~400€). Sur les produits en eux-mêmes je n’ai rien à dire, ils sont d’excellente qualité ! Je suis très content d’avoir commandé, mais soulagé d’avoir enfin reçu. Si cela vous arrives à vous qui lisez nous avis, ne rentrez pas en contact avec eux par mail puisque ceux qui gèrent les mails doivent être en arrêt ou en vacances puisque vous n’aurez jamais de réponses, passer SEULEMENT par Instagram ! Pour exemple: un short qui était en stock, après 2 semaines j’ai l’information comme quoi il était en précommande (indiqué nulle part) + on m’annonce presque 2mois après la commande que mes chevillerres ne sont plus disponibles dans la couleur que j’avais commandé.

Ordering and delivery was easy. BEAWARE. I specifically choose the YOKKAO UK website, they sneakily divert it to their main website in Bang Phiriang. My £310 order attracted £95 import duty. I am a savy shopper, if this was made obvious, I would not bought the shorts, which in my opinion are not worth the money, as they are poorly made, and I would have saved £100. Maybe worth looking at Amazon.

I have been a client of Yokkao for two year now and everything here is super high quality, the best design and very attentive customer service. Thank you Yokkao, you give me style to my sport and lots of love :)

Beware ordered 2-3 day delivery. 6 weeks later nothing, asked for refund, no refund. No customer service. Still waiting

Diciamo che, in caso di articoli non dispsonibili e addirittura fuori produzione, i tempi di comunicazione sono un po' lunghi. Ho aspettato diversi giorni per avere le risposte. Alla fine comunque mi hanno rimborsato in toto. Devono a mio avviso rivedere le tempistiche della comunicazione con i clienti. Per il resto ok.

A fuir absolument. Ma commande n’a jamais été expédié et impossible d’obtenir un remboursement. Site criminel

After ordering shorts for my son, which were available on the YOKKAO website, I received an email stating that these shorts had sold out. The company offered me a refund or the option of choosing something else, so I replied that I would like to receive a refund.

As a result of my clear explanation that I would like to receive a refund, they decided to send me these shorts. If these shorts were the ones I ordered, I would not mind, but they have sent me completely different shorts (different design).

After sending them many emails, we have agreed that I will return these shorts for a refund. As a result of paying for a special tracked and signed postal service, I received confirmation that the shorts had been delivered to the warehouse.

A few days after the delivery was completed, I sent them an email asking for an update on my refund. They responded that they are working on it and that they will inform me as soon as possible. It has been about a week since I last received an email from them. My email was blocked when I attempted to ask for an update.

How you treat your customers, robbing small children of their hard earned money, is absolutely disgusting.

Retour perdu par Yokkao, pas de réponse, c'est du vol

Ordered during 2023 Black Friday.
Shipment hasnt been sent up to this point.
Excuses in the email support system and a promise 4 months ago that my order was being on its way now.

Very deceptive & dishonest. Ordered on Songkran24 sale & havent dispatched order apart from replying with excuses...$653 order consisted of -a heavy bag & few smaller items.The Boxing bag ordered was on "flash sale" heavily prediscounted prior use of sale code=so assumed excess avialable stock? (Note other bags were discounted only via use of a sales code but observed a discrepetency with shipping as any savings were just past back into shippin with then shippin attached in a snowball effect-such a joke)...emails from "Wan" promised shipment within a time frame due to over whelming sales- but now! advertising another new sale???....Followed up with a courtesy enquiry just more excuse with no ETA or DHL trackin code??..I own numerous ammounts of equipment including from *yokkao"(which I ordered via 2nd party) ,but ill stick with Twins & Fairtex since 90s ...& never experienced this B.S from any online shopping including some terrible companies with bad reputations....& I was literally considering buyin a boxing ring from Yokkao catalogue for my gym which costs over $10k (& no way would I trust with a order of even 1 dollar or even have any postive feeedback after this)...this explains why PayPal payments don't work as #yokkao is dishonest.

My experience with Yokkao.com online shop has beed very disappointing.

There have been two serious issues with my order:

1.One pair of Muay Thai boxing gloves arrived with a manufacturing defect. After some back and forth, I got the money back but it was quite a process. The employee from the customer server took her time to answer and tried to avoid covering all costs for sending the gloves back – after all return location is in San Marino and a standard package costs around 30€.
Also because the slow reply, it took several weeks to get the refund.

2. The second issue is even more severe. I have bought shorts which were too big – which can happen of course (even though I followed the recommendation from the shop).

But when I returned the shorts after only 5 days (!!) and they even arrived back at Yokkao (in San Marino) WITHIN 14 days after I first received them (!!!),
I got an email from Yokkao, telling me, that I will not get my money nut a gift card. EVEN THOUGH they explained IN THAT EMAIL, that I would get my money if I send back the items within 14 days.... which is the case! I answered and explained that I am within their return policy and that I want my money back instead of a gift card. BUT I NEVER GOT A REPLY TO THAT!

Also the customer service response time is very erratic and slow in general – especially if they want to avoid to stick to their own rules, they try to stretch and play over time, so one gets lost in the communication.

Overall I am very disasppointed by Yokkao, as they don't even stick to their own, clearly advertised return policy on the website.

That is fraudulent behaviour!

Buy at your own risk and HOPE! that everything is fine with your order.

Otherwise the money is gone and you are stuck with a frustrating journey of writing emails with great deleays...

J’ai commandé ce 20/04 des articles en stock et payé immédiatement.
Une semaine plus tard, j’ai envoyé un mail afin de savoir où se trouvait ma commande mais toujours aucune nouvelle à ce jour.
Je trouve cela scandaleux de la part d’une marque aussi connue, de prendre autant de temps sans donner de réponse ou envoyer un colis..

It has been 3 weeks since I’ve ordered the items. I have messaged and emailed them multiple time and they refused to give me a reason on why they haven’t posted my items. Good luck buying from them and actually receiving anything from them at all. They also refused to cancel and refund my money back.

I love this Brand! On my athlete page I have had alot of my followers messaging me giving me compliments on the shin gaurds. I look to become an ambassador and be apart of the Yakkao team.

Love my gloves! I will definitely be ordering more. I was a bit disappointed with the packaging for the price point I expected nicer packaging. However, the quality of the gloves definitely makes up for it.

Everything came in on time, even one of the items in my order that was suppose to be delayed , great quality.

Yokkao is a dishonest company that engages in false advertisement. Under Yokkaos shipping policy listed on its website they advertise free standard shipping over $200 USD excluding period of sales. I confirmed this with a team member 6 days ago via email. Yesterday as I was checking out I noticed there wasn't a free shipping option as advertised so I contacted customer support. I had the displeasure of speaking to a team member named WAN. He asked me to provide screenshots of this free shipping policy implying that I was lying. I attached the screenshot, my conversation with the past team member, and also directed him their own website where the policy is listed. yokkao.***/pages/shipping

After Wan reviewed the evidence he replied back to me stating "Thank you for providing additional information and for sharing your previous conversation with our customer service team.

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding our shipping policy. While it's true that free shipping was temporarily removed during the SONGKRAN24 sale, our team has decided not to reinstate it at this time.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your request for free shipping or a discount at this time"

As you can see this is complete false advertisement and poor customer service. Do not shop with them if you have any self respect for yourself.
