I ordered one pair of cleats and two pair of shin guards, the cleats came in 8 days. The first pair of shin guards showed up in 21 days. The second pair never came. I reached out to the company to let them know, but they said both shin guards were in the same package. They were not. They said they would look into it, but have stopped responding to my emails. Very disappointed in this company.

Ordered a soccer jersey Aug 23 . October 5 , still no jersey . Absolutely atrocious customer service . Thus have never answered a call . Email communication says be patient, 7 plus weeks after being told 3-4 weeks !
Never received item , fighting with my credit card to get reimbursed

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Soccer Wearhouse based on my experience.

I placed an order over a month ago and paid extra for expedited 2–3 day shipping. More than a month later, the order still has not shipped.

What has been especially frustrating is that I have contacted the company repeatedly asking for the order to be canceled and refunded, particularly given that I specifically paid for expedited shipping and they clearly did not provide that service. Instead of processing my refund, I have repeatedly received responses telling me that my order is being worked on, is “on the rack,” or should ship soon. At this point, I have been very clear that I no longer want the order shipped — I want it canceled and refunded — and that request has still not been addressed.

I also found the original listing/order experience misleading, particularly in the context of paying for expedited delivery and then waiting more than a month without the item even being shipped.

What makes the experience even more frustrating is that I have not been able to find a meaningful way to leave feedback about the order through their website, despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the company.

Delays happen, and I would have been understanding if there had been a delay followed by clear communication and a prompt refund when requested. What I find unacceptable is charging for 2–3 day expedited shipping, not shipping the order more than a month later, and then repeatedly ignoring a customer's explicit request to cancel and refund the purchase.

I would not order from Soccer Wearhouse again.

Ordered a non-custom, in stock jersey. Said it would ship quickly. Three weeks later and no shipping or tracking information. Had to cancel the order. Customer service literally did nothing other than say that the order was received and would be shipped at some point but couldn’t give me any detail details. Terrible experience.

They always have the best and newest soccer gear. Their stores are the best and also their customer service. I recommend them to everyone who is in need and looking for anything soccer related.

Honestly the best soccer store I’ve ever been to, no bias whatsoever they are so great with there jerseys and I give them my 100 % trust they always try to give the best customer service and are so cool.

terrible service. i placed my order two months ago and the order still hasnt even shipped out. i would not recommend using this company at all. terrible service and they dont even respond with any information that helps to know when you will receive your order.

0 star business. Ordered Nike Premiers on July 22nd. It is now September 16th and my product has not been shipped. Dont be like me. Stay as far away from this crap retailer as possible. I’ve played a whole szn of softball without the cleats I ordered and many soccer games in the two months I’ve been waiting. UPDATE: after 2 months and a week there has been no progress on my order and I am disputing it with my CC holder. Once again, do not order online from these guys.

Staff is really nice and the process of getting my order was very fast.

I order a jersey on July 28. No update on my order .extremely lacking in customer service..the number they provided they don't answer. It been 1 month with 2week .i still haven't received it on we are 9/10. At this point I don't even want it anymore I want a refund . I don't understand how could they run a business like that. Never again

I ordered cleats in stock on 7/26. It is now 9/6.
I contacted customer service they said had been given to fed ex. Fed ex site said "Label created".
I contacted again they said sent USPS.
Never recevied
Asked for refund 8/13, 8/15 and 8/20. No response.
Asked for refund today 9/6. They say it shows full filled.
The fed ex tracking number still says "Label Created".

Absolutely horrible. I placed an order 3 weeks ago now. I have tried to call and email their customer service with no response. My order hasn’t shipped yet. Have asked for a refund with no response as well. Would never purchase anything from them in the future.

There is not good customer service and very hard to get an answer on email - takes weeks if that. Had an item not ship and had to call every location number to find a human. When they did ship 2 weeks late no tracking number. Product finally came weeks late but no benefit to buyer for poor service. Do not recommend.

Never order a jersey from these people! Website will say 2-3 weeks of processing, and over 6 weeks later, after you’ve asked to cancel an order FIVE TIMES, they’ll just keep lying and saying it’s about to be made and shipped. Refuse to help, will keep your money, don’t trust anything they say!

This is my second experience with Soccer Wearhouse and I have only the best things to say in regards to customer service (especially), order fulfillment, and the purchase itself. They were incredibly easy to communicate with, were fast to reply, and earnestly thoughtful in their response. As an Englishman, I have been buying football jerseys for a long time, and this has easily been the best customer service I have ever received. They helped me find the kits I might be interested in, their website interface is slim and friendly, and their customizations are top notch.

I felt, for the first time in a long time, that I was speaking with a person who was genuinely trying to help me get what I wanted rather than the typical nameless, faceless, transactional customer service I am now accustomed to with AI. This company is a refreshing example of what an individual shopping experience could be like and I wish them all the best going forward.

I ordered almost $300 cleats at the beginning of August. The following week, I got a notice that they were behind and shipping might be delayed... However, we are now 4 weeks in and my order still has not shipped. I've contacted them 2x and they just keep telling me that they are delayed. Absolutely terrible - never order from them.

Company is very helpful and makes your experience feel welcomed.
