No hassle experience with WPA once again.
Jolanta was amazing today. Not only she organized a very quick review of the claim to make sure I get the treatment as soon as possible but she also called back afterwards to make sure I knew that it was authorized, explained the details and wished me to get well soon.
This sort of customer service makes such a big difference when a client is ill and worried. I felt that I matter and that someone cares to addition of doing their job professionally.

In the last month I have used the dental, optician and investigatory benfits of this plan.

Tooth fixed, glasses on prescription and currenlty under a consultant for a knee issue that will probaly result in surgery.

Claims for the first 2 paid in quick time. When I called up re the latter the adviser was really helpful, sending a link to choose consultant of my choice. That claim will be paid directly, so I can focus on getting my knee sorted.

First time me and my wife have taken out health insurance and can safely say, I now wouldn't be without it.

I have been on WPA for my personal family and I’m about to open policies for all my staff.

I have been on for a couple of months now and Simon has been great. He enrolled us but has always been on the end of the phone for any advice needed extremely helpful!

We had to use the service for the first time recently when my toddler broke out in a rash. Was seen too/advised in rapid timing and it was completely hassle free!!!

I was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer and used WPA so I could access private treatment.
WPA authorised all work including paying for targeted drugs that were requested by The Christie in Manchester. The requested drugs were authorised within 12 hours of being requested.
Every dealing I have had with WPA has been pleasant and professional.
