I was waiting for feedback on a referral. I chatted with Ellie on the WhatsApp app, she sorted it out promptly. Really appreciate the turnaround and the relief.

WPA took over as my Company's selected Medical cover providers in 2003 from another, previously, long term provider. At the time of the transfer, I was already receiving treatment, so I was a bit concerned that this might have caused issues. Howev, WPA's service from 'Day 1' has been excellent. All contact with WPA's representatives are handled quickly and professionally. WPA are a pleasure to deal with and I would strongly recommend them.

Sophie was super helpful, fast, explained all i needed to know in just a few minutes. Much better than previous provider axa to deal with.
