Contacted WPA about some additional chiropractor sessions which were dealt with extremely quickly and precise.
Libby was the member of staff who dealt with my request and was very professional from start to finish.

A very positive experience
A very positive experience dealing with a great customer services adviser (Mars B). They went above and beyond to deal with quite a complicated query for an unusual medical issue. They took time to listen, kept me updated and resolved things above my expectations. Credit where it is due this was brilliant service.

No hassle experience with WPA once again.
Jolanta was amazing today. Not only she organized a very quick review of the claim to make sure I get the treatment as soon as possible but she also called back afterwards to make sure I knew that it was authorized, explained the details and wished me to get well soon.
This sort of customer service makes such a big difference when a client is ill and worried. I felt that I matter and that someone cares to addition of doing their job professionally.
