It’s such a relief to talk to kind and competent staff at WPA when you are needing lots of medical care. I’ve found WPA to be outstanding and I am so thankful I continued my insurance policy prior to to becoming unwell.

Ruth was fantastic, very empathetic and understanding. She worked at lightning speed to get the authorisation code for me as my finger was hovering over the "book now" appointment for first thing tomorrow!

The best health insurance company. We have a GE policy and honestly they are superb. I have had so many issues since a recent accident nothing is a problem staff are always so helpful and everything is updated immediately and visible on the app to see. When they say they are going to action something it’s always done 100%.

Customer support excellent. I spoke with Clare this evening who was extremely helpful and put me at ease. It is reassuring to be with WPA.

I received a cash plan medical cover through my employer. WPA make it incredibly difficult to make a claim because they require an itemised invoice post treatment including who you saw, the treatment value and your address. Everything is automated nowadays and that type of invoice isn't standard, which means you need to make a special request to satisfy their process, which is frankly stressful seeing as they provide health cover.

After doing much research I chose WPA as my healthcare partner. It is my first time of having private healthcare and to date they have been clear, helpful, reactive, patient and have explained the benefits so well. I am looking forward to a long and healthy partnership with them. My local healthcare Partner, John, has been brilliant this far in answering questions and navigating the policy.
