I was charged £90 from my dentist for work that is to happen at the end of this month . This was refused so I will send the full itemised receipt when the work has been done .
I have sent a fully itemised receipt for a check up done on 28/9/2026 for which I am awaiting payment .

The operator was so friendly and dealt with my issue very promptly quicker than i could ever of imagined

I am very grateful to Charlie, he patiently walked me through my confusion as to my claim being authorised, but that the procedure has not yet been authorised - that was extremely helpful and a key distinction to understand 😀 My family are currently moving to WPA as they have been great and have the best reputation in the industry.

Sarah was fantastic. She and the other people like her at WPA are the reason why I stuck with you after my work changed provider. It costs me a lot more money and it’s worth every penny!!
