My experience with World of Music was…
My experience with World of Music was very good - helpful and prompt in processing my delivery.
On the other hand my experience with Startrack was less than stellar - non-arrival of the item on Friday when schedule and when I was home, actual delivery on the following Monday attempted with less than 24 hours notice (about 2 hours), so I was not at home. Upon non-delivery it was offered that I could collect it at a depot as a 22km round trip- great work Startrak!!

Lucky!
The online experience of ordering and paying was quick and easy. Delivery time was great. However I was horrified to find that with nobody home the courier chose to leave an expensive guitar outside my house leaning against the front door. Makes me wonder what would have happened if someone had stolen it. Would the store been happy to replace it based on my word…

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We send all of our guitars requiring Signature on Delivery so I do apologise that the courier driver has done the wrong thing in this instance. I have passed this feedback onto StarTrack so they can be made aware of that particular driver's actions.
Please know that our Transit Insurance covers all of our deliveries up to the point the customer signs for the delivery. If the product is damaged or does not arrive, we'll happily provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

This company has all the latest tech and older models as well ready to be shipped to your door.
I was really happy to have them reach out and make known to me their willingness to provide further customer service which I find commendable given that if I need to know something in regards to my purchases they have me sorted.
I bought two synthesizers with one having to be put on preorder as it is the latest product SOLD OUT and highly in demand which I am happy to preorder knowing my item is secured for me.
Great to be able to pay in installments using the ZIP pay option.
Delivery was really fast and cheap.
Website is effortless to navigate.
Customer service second to none.
Really loving my purchase🤗

Great product
Great product, great prompt delivery, good price. Very happy. My only issue is I never got a confirmation email to confirm my purchase so apart from the postal tracking number I had no idea if it was actually coming. Would have been nice. Otherwise very happy.
