Need alternative delivery services

Even though there was a little hiccup…
Even though there was a little hiccup at the beginning, Mitch ( store manager) was FANTASTIC! Super on top of things, quick to respond to my emails and super helpful. The whole process from ordering my piano to receiving it was very fast. I’m a happy customer.

Great rapport with the sales team. Even though one of the two items was not available at the time, they made arrangements to have it sent without further delivery charges. Great work :)

Best price, sloppy delivery.
Best price, including delivery from Melbourne to Brisbane.
The delivery was understandably delayed because of a long shipment.
I explained that we would be away for several days, but would like to receive the delivery the day after we arrived home. For various reasons, it wasnt even sent until 2 days after I phoned to find out when it was going to arrive... not satisfying.

Since we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates with our free shipping service, when you requested that we postpone sending the unit due to your absence, the staff member you spoke to assumed that you wanted it shipped after that date to avoid missing the delivery, rather than it arriving on a specific date. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I will make sure to improve our communication to avoid such misunderstandings in the future.
