Good website. Excellent price for the specific item I purchased. Easy to amend my order to correct my error. When order was submitted, I was told when to expect delivery. The keyboard arrived today, a little earlier than expected. Good choice of Startrack to deliver the item - I think they are excellent. Living in regional NSW, means we rely heavily on on-line orders and courier deliver. Very happy customer. Won't have a chance to play it until a bit later today - I can't wait.

My Orange PPC112 arrived much sooner than i expected and was double boxed to prevent any biffo.

They had the best price. I rang to check stock and got a very friendly and helpful staff member. Ordered online, received updates including an email from the Manager advising they were putting new strings on the guitar for me.
Guitar arrived undamaged with new strings and very well set up. Nothing to criticise here.

I found a guitar online that seemed to be an extraordinary price. After much googling and currency conversion, it appeared to be the cheapest one on the planet. I bought it! A few hours later, an email arrived with the tracking details - not just the "shipping details received" thing, it was actually already picked up and on its way. This was my first purchase from World Of Music. If this is the way they do things, it won't be the last.

The staff were very helpful during both the research calls prior and to the purchase that I made. My only complaint, which is minor, was that I did not receive emails either confirming the purchase or the subsequent shipping information. They didn't go to my Junk mail, so I am unsure about what glitch caused it. However, when querying via the website directly, I received prompt reply to my questions and the status of the order.

We were kept up to date with the tracking via text and email so it was fantastic and the keyboard has arrived in plenty of time for our daughter’s birthday. Thank you
