As a 1,000,000 mile traveler I am incredibly impressed by this company and their luxury products.
The quality is exceptional.

I had a couple of questions about my first order and even asked them to honor a sale that started the day after my purchase. I received an email response the same day, they extended the sale price to me and even gave an update on shipping.
Wool and Oak customer service is five star, first class and most rare of all…. personal.
I only wish I found this company sooner.

I love the Nova bag. I dislike traveling with bulky suitcases and my Nova is not only elegant and refined but I can pack everything I need,just like I did recently on a 14 day trip to Europe. Excellent customer service. Loved the personal interaction (not a bot!), the thoughtful assistance, and most of all... the bag itself! It just arrived today. My husband has been buying himself really low-quality garment bags that fall apart or aren't made well.. I finally told him to let me handle it! I love the Nova bag and I use it everywhere I travel. It m on sales and I needed a bag that would carry all my items in style and the Nova bag is doing that for me. I also bought the travel bags and it is perfect!

The entire experience was hassle-free, and my duffle suitcase more than met my expectations. Shipping was fast and tracking was provided within 24 hours. The packaging was bulletproof: the cardboard box is heavy duty. Removing the bag from its lovely dust bag revealed a beautiful duffle. The leather is full-grain and of high quality. The stitching was clean and tidy. The external and internal zippers were very smooth. I received an email after delivery asking about the experience. This was an A+ experience for me, so much so that I ordered the matching toiletry bag.

The buying experience was simple and pleasant. The website has great pictures for the product. What was lacking was better notification on shipping timelines. That said, when I reached out to W&O via email, I received a quick response from a human. He explained the delay and took note of my feedback on shipping ETA. He kept track of my order and let me know when it was being shipped. I had a good customer service experience. I just received the products and they are exactly what I was expecting, if not better.

Indeed, the wait for the travel bags exceeded expectations. However, the wait was justified. I have been utilizing both the large and four-day travel bag as a combination during my recent trips, and I must acknowledge that the combination is highly effective. It provides ample space for a twelve-day excursion, and the jacket and suit carrying wrap feature is exceptionally useful. Although purchasing them took some time, they have proven to be satisfactory thus far. I would highly recommend them to my acquaintances. Thank you, W&O.

I bought the Wool & Oak Duffel Bag in Jet Black. Although expensive for me, it is totally worth it! It is an absolutely gorgeous bag that is extremely well made.
