I emailed regarding an experience my partner received for his birthday that past its expiry date, Lizzie dealt with my matter efficiently and was very kind and helpful, thank you so much!

Lizzie M at the Wonder Days Customer Services was amazing when I misspelled my email address for an extension to my flight experience. Lizzie responded within minutes and allayed any concerns I had, the new voucher was in my in-box before I read her email saying “this would not be a problem” amazing service and I would highly recommend Wonder Day for a total amazing experience. Thanks again Lizzie.

When it became apparent a couple of months after purchasing an experience as a gift, that I had provided an incorrect delivery email address, I feared the worst. I needn't have worried - within a couple of hours of contacting WonderDays, Philip had got back to me and had sorted everything out. The speed of his response and the friendly efficient service he provided was very impressive. I will happily use WonderDays again in the future.

Brilliant, you really lose yourself in this spitfire experience. I loved flying over the white cliffs of Dover, swooping under London's tower bridge, take off and landing,. An hour flies by (literally). If your thinking of booking this, just do it, its great. Carl is a real enthusiast, takes you through the controls and then your up and away. Thanks for the experience and best of luck commissioning the ME109 - I may be back to shoot it down!!

This company has one of the best customer service representatives we've come across. My wife was given a balloon flight experience from our son and daughter but, regrettably, was not able to take it up. Lizzie, from customer service was able to arrange a suitable alternative. Everything was dealt with online, something we're not au fait with at all. No problem. Lizzie sorted everything out, also giving detailed advice of how to complete the certain forms that required our action as the alternative flight experience was suitable for the both of us. This took the pressure off and we had very successful day yesterday thanks to her.

Great customer experience! I had a little bit of a moment and trouble booking ( my mistake ). Lizzie wasted no time helping me understand the issue, although I had missed the opportunity to the book the slot I wanted so she swiftly processed the refund too. Thank !

Great customer services, had a minor issue with my codes and they resolved this and booked the experience for me all working 40 minutes just from an email. Would definitely recommend.

After I had booked for my son and I to do a tank driving experience and unfortunately it was cancelled due to site issues. So I contacted wonder days to see if I could exchange the vouchers, I had a a very swift response from Lizzie.
She gave me a detailed instructions on what to do next, these were simple to follow once I had found the voucher numbers.
We have now booked to go on the hovercraft experience and just waiting for the confirmed dates. Two excited people.

I contacted WonderDays earlier this week when I realised I couldn't book the experience I was gifted, as the supplier had withdrawn it. Had a problem with my original booking and Lizzie in customer services helped me arrange a different experience. She was very prompt, polite and resolved the issue without fuss.

I bought my wife a balloon ride last year and when we went to book there was no availability. I emailed to explain this and received a reply from Lizzie M within 30 minutes, explaining that normally there's a £20 fee but this time it's for free and it's extended till April 2027. Very happy and will go here solely for these sorts of presents in the future.

I have just booked to see SIX with four others, and due to some health problems I find online booking quite difficult. I e-mailed Wonder Days to explain and received a lovely e-mail back from Jess H, who said she would do all she could to help me book the tickets. I explained my health problems, and the tickets I was trying to book, and she sorted it all out straight away, and ensured we had the best available seats. Absolutely brilliant customer service - she even sent back a message to say that she hoped we enjoyed the show.

I had a really positive experience with WonderDays customer service, particularly with Lizzie M.

We had three driving experience vouchers for friends who were hoping to enjoy the experience together, but due to limited availability at our nearest location, we were struggling to use them before their expiry dates.

Lizzie was extremely helpful, understanding and quick to respond. She extended the vouchers to match the later expiry date. This means all three friends can now book and enjoy the experience together.

It was refreshing to receive such helpful and flexible customer service. Lizzie made the whole process simple and stress-free and went the extra mile to find a solution for us.
