Good service

The part I was looking for was easy to find in the online shop. It also was confirmed to fit my car before purchase. Delivery was fast and the product was flawless.

Good service but little delay on shipping

The service is good and the response is very fast. I placed my order before 4:00 PM and was told I would receive it the next day. That didn't happen. Anyway, I received it two days later, at 10:00 AM, which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars.

Goede service maar matige verpakking.

De onderdelen zijn van goede kwaliteit en de service is heel goed. De verpakking is echter niet voldoende sterk en producten liggen los in een doos, dat moet beter.

Snel geleverd kwaliteitsonderdeel

Zeer snelle levering, 's avonds besteld, om 10.00 vandaag binnen en voor 12.00 gemonteerd. Het onderdeel is van hoge kwaliteit en kost eigenlijk heel weinig als je er ook nog eens 2 jaar garantie op krijgt.
Blij mee!

This is a complete fiasco!

On 25/08, I placed an order. On 01/09, I received the order, but it was not what I had ordered. The sender made a mistake and sent something else. I wrote a letter. Returning the product is also a problem, as they do not have Poland on their return list. I sent the product using my own money. I had to pay for the shipping myself. I received the money for the product on 26/09. However, I have not received the money for shipping and invoice correction yet. This is a complete fiasco!

Missleading delivery time

They promised to deliver on the 2nd of August but delayed the order due to weather conditions. It was then supposed to arrive on the 5th of August, yet again delayed for the same reason.

Today it is 20°C in Ireland with sunny weather—does this mean your delivery provider doesn’t operate in good weather either?

I already sent a complaint email but never received a reply. This feels like a scam e-commerce operation. Because of your misleading claims, I am unable to drive my car.

Thank your for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your order did not arrive on the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, delays can happen all the time during transport. This is not something we can help, even though we would love to see this differently. This is why the expected delivery date is always an expectation and never a promise or a guarantee, since that is not realistic.

Furthermore, we have no influence over the delivery service's policy regarding different weather conditions. If a parcel gets delayed during transport, there is not much we can do about it. This can happen either due to the weather, the fact that they are very busy or any other cause regarding transport. We trust they do their best to deliver the parcel as fast as they can.

Hiervoor andere aangevraagd moet eerst oude retour en dan zonder koplampen of dikke borg gaan betalen
Meerdere malen aangegeven dit te mogen wijgeren maar hier geven hun geen gehoor aan en boeit ze niks dat je anders geen koplampen hebt in de auto tijdje

Bedankt voor je review. Wat vervelend dat je bestelde koplamp na een halfjaar veel vocht bevat. Dat is uiteraard niet de bedoeling en daarom bieden wij garantie op het product. Goed dat u daar ook contact over hebt opgenomen!

Om de garantie toe te kennen moeten de koplampen natuurlijk gecontroleerd worden. Hiervoor moeten ze worden opgestuurd. Ik begrijp dat dat vervelend is, aangezien je dan dus zonder koplampen zit. Daarom bieden wij aan om voor een borg betaling alvast nieuwe koplampen naar je op te sturen.

Deze borgbetaling krijg je natuurlijk terug wanneer de garantieaanvraag is goedgekeurd. Ik snap dat je dat niet helemaal terecht vindt, aangezien je koplampen dus niet goed werken, maar dit moeten wij wel echt controleren voor wij kosteloos nieuwe producten op gaan sturen.

We hopen dat wij je kunnen helpen met je garantieaavraag en dat je snel weer verder kan met werkende koplampen.

Terrible service

Terrible service! I ordered car parts over 5 weeks ago and still received nothing. Package lost with UPS, no help from Winparts, impossible to reach customer service. Completely unreliable company – avoid at all costs!

Unfortunately, delays can occur with parcel deliveries and there is not much we can do to avoid them. I've had a look at your order and I can see that UPS plans to deliver your order this friday. Le plus mauvais vendeur en ligne, des menteurs,escrocs, faîtes attention !

La livraison de mon colis était prévu pour une journée précise preuve de ça au moment de la finalisation de la commende au terminal paiement on demande de sélectionner une date,de plus sur le site c'est explicitement mentionné :commandez aujourd'hui et vous serez livré en j+1 (hors week-end) , durant le processus de livraison je recevais des notifications disant que le colis a été pris en charge,le colis a été trié, le colis a franchi la frontière et pris en charge par le centre de distribution régional... ce délai n'était pas respecté ,et en les appelant le lendemain on m'a indiqué que ces notifications sont automatiques et que officiellement ne représentent pas le statut du colis (professionnalisme certifié) , je les ai appelé le lendemain ils m'ont confirmé que j'allais recevoir mon colis dans la journée (sans indiquer une plage horraire), j'ai attendu toute la journée mais malheureusement encore une fois des propos faux et mensongères (sachant que j'ai demandé une confirmation par mail), le colis est une grande pièce de voiture donc ne peut pas être mis dans la boîte aux lettres et de plus ça requiert une signature du client donc il faut être en place pour la réception sinon le colis retourné à l'expéditeur à savoir winparts aux pays bas, donc attendre dans un flou sans connaître l'horaire de livraison approximative ils ont juste dit soyez patients et attendez vôtre colis, j'ai reçu mon colis avec 3 jours en retard et c'était une pièce très importante compatible avec la voiture et introuvable dans le pays où je suis Sinon j'aurais demandé une indemnité et ne plus acheter le produit chez eux, et ce que je fais c'est que c'est la première et la dernière fois que j'achète chez eux,(la plateforme la plus mauvaise concernant le service,le professionnalisme et les délais de livraison)
