Hi Susan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your review. Verification is a standard requirement for all licensed operators at certain stages, and it involves confirming customer details to ensure everything remains secure, fair, and compliant with industry regulations.
We understand this isn’t the most enjoyable part of the process, but it serves an important purpose. It helps protect your account, ensures transactions are handled safely, and maintains a secure environment for all users on our site.
We always aim to complete this process as quickly as possible, but we also want to get it right, so that you can continue using the site without concerns.
We’ve reached out to you via the Trust pilot review form so that we can collect the details we need and review your case directly. We’d be glad to take a closer look and help speed things up to our fullest ability.
For any help or assistance, you can always reach out via email at support@winkbingo.com or via Live Chat 24/7!
Kind regards,

Great site to play on and have…
Great site to play on and have withdrawn before 500 which I got the same day. Now that it's a bigger amount they are asking for verification which none seems to be right. Now it's the weekend and will take longer again. Other then that the site is good to play on. I'm just annoyed that I have not received my funds as my withdrawal was first asked for on a Thursday.

Hello Ayisha
We’re sorry to hear that the verification process has caused a disruption to your time with us.
This step is required by all regulated operators and is an important part of making sure accounts are fully secure and that the site remains fair for everyone. It’s usually a straightforward check, but we know it can still feel like a pause when all you want to do is enjoy your experience without interruption.
We want to reassure you that these steps are carried out for the benefit of every customer, not only to keep accounts safe but also to make sure that the environment is transparent and responsible. While they may take a little time, they are a vital part of protecting both you and the wider community.
Your review helps us keep focusing on the things that matter, so thank you again for sharing it.
Warm regards,

Hello Kelly,
Thank you for leaving your review. We understand why questions about fairness can arise, especially if you’ve gone through a difficult streak. Please know that every spin or bingo call is random and generated by certified systems. These are checked regularly by independent auditors to make sure the outcomes are fair and in line with strict regulations.
Randomness by its nature creates patterns that can feel uneven - long periods with fewer wins and sudden streaks of better luck, but the process behind it never changes. Every customer has the same chance every time.
We’ve also reached out to you via the Trustpilot review form so we can take a closer look at your account. That way, we can give you specific reassurance and answer your questions in more detail.
Warm regards,
Wink Bingo Team

Hello Nathan,
We’re sorry if the verification process felt like it slowed down your experience. These steps are a standard requirement for every licensed operator and are designed to confirm account details at key points. They are not there to make things difficult, but to ensure that accounts are safe, payments are secure, and the environment stays fair for all customers.
We try to keep this step as smooth and straightforward as possible, and once completed, it gives you the peace of mind that everything is properly verified and in order. We know it can feel like a pause, but it’s one of the most important things we do to keep both our customers and the site protected.
To help move things forward for you, we’ve reached out through the Trustpilot review form so we can gather the details we need and review your case directly.
Warm regards,
