Where’s the enjoyment
Well been with these years always had good results with gameplay and bonuses but I’m now on breaks so often as my limit is spent in 20 minutes I dunno wats going on in these casinos seems they want to lose players and blaming it on they can’t help the random generator well I can’t help the facts that there will be nobody playing online soon because from what I can see it’s pointless

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced issues with scatters not appearing, games lagging, and sessions restarting — we understand how frustrating that feels, especially when you’re expecting smooth gameplay.
All of our games run on independently tested RNGs, meaning features such as scatters and bonuses can’t be influenced or stopped manually. However, technical issues like lagging or restarts can affect how a round appears on your screen, so we’d really like to review your recent sessions and any recordings you’ve taken to make sure everything is working correctly.
If you’d like us to investigate this further, please contact our Customer Support team:

Very disappointing
To log in and still see the remaining hosts lingering on like a bad smell around the place. Good grief sun bingo could have picked better ones to keep their jobs. sav, jojo, kimmy, thor would have been a much better selection. How in God's earth did they come to the decision to hold on to these remaining clowns, it beats me. Utterly sickening.

Hi there, thanks for your review.
We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your recent gameplay. Bonus rounds and payouts on all slot games are determined entirely by random number generation, which means results can vary widely from session to session. It’s normal to see bonuses land at similar values at times, but this does not indicate any limit, pattern, or “switching off” of wins — no game is designed to pay a set amount or cap individual players.
All games on our site are independently tested and certified to meet strict fairness and compliance standards.
If you believe a specific game round didn’t play correctly or you’re experiencing a technical issue, please reach out to Customer Support - support@sunbingo.co.uk

Hi there, thanks for your review.
We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your recent gameplay. Please keep in mind that features such as scatters, bonus rounds, and payout levels are entirely determined by random number generation. This means results can vary significantly from session to session, and periods of lower wins can happen — but they do not indicate any change in fairness.
Our games are independently tested and certified to meet strict industry standards, and no adjustments are made based on individual player outcomes.
If you have any concerns about a specific game round or your account activity, our Customer Support team can review this for you directly - support@sunbingo.co.uk Trustpilot isn’t a platform where we can access or investigate account‑related details.

Hi there, thanks for your review.
We’re sorry to hear you’re feeling frustrated with your recent gameplay. Please note that bonus rounds and wins on any slot — including Sugar Train and Fluffy Favourites — are determined by random number generation. This means outcomes can vary widely, and long periods without a bonus can happen, but they do not indicate an issue with fairness.
Regarding deposits timing out, this is usually caused by the bank’s authentication process expiring before the payment is completed. Our team can look into this for you and help resolve it - suppport@sunbingo.co.uk

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We’re really glad to hear you enjoy the banter and the community spirit on Sun Bingo. Our hosts and players have always helped make the rooms a fun and welcoming place, and it’s great to know this has been such a positive part of your experience.
Reviews are getting too personal!
Gloating about staff losing their jobs?! Has this been confirmed?! You know they have life’s outside of Bingo. What cruel person gloats about someone potentially losing their job. Keep hiding being a fake name though, because you clearly don’t have the balls to be open about it. Reviews slating hosts and players, naming people, no need of it! Sun is a community and there’s loads of really decent people on there.

Same ‘players’ winning usually ones that butter up the hosts… bananapants/cucumberpants (Stacy W) host changes her name then she wins EVERYDAY multiple times. 4 times today in session alone. Does that sound normal for a 1hour session. Of course there are other players some u never see speak that win game after game. Whilst other winners say they haven’t won in weeks or months. Doesn’t sound normal to me. Since the take over the money has went down dramatically and it’s became more noticable the faves. Odd stay clear.
