Noticed a very odd pattern. Deposited and played and noticed the game wasn’t too bad winning here and there - seemed fair. Then a random error message came up I’ve noticed this on almost EVERY game I ever play on Mecca - constant errors mid game play. Very suspicious. Anyway I have to reset the game as usual and once I’ve reset and go back in - zero wins. My balance goes down to £0 as fast as possible. And that’s it. It’s like something has been triggered and then winning is impossible once there’s errors interrupt any game especially in area link games. I’m not the only one who’s noticed this pattern. Something very off about it. It happens 90% of the time I play on Mecca. I mentioned this to someone I know who is an ex Mecca employee and I was told in confidence this is what Mecca do and apparently it’s perfectly legal. It’s called restriction blocker and it’s in disguise as a gaming error. Very clever. It basically means once this error is triggered you cannot win. Its purpose is to block you from winning. Not sure how it’s legal but I’ve mentioned it to IBAS and GCO and I am awaiting a response. Also reported to police and citizen advice for fraud to see if they can do anything. Deleted account and moving on. Once things like this happen it’s a sign a company is playing unfair and has corrupt practices. Stay away.

Please stay away from this site absolutely shocking..we played blue wizard cash drop.put £190 in.finaly got the cash drop and won £40...changed over to eagle cash drop £180 absolutely nothing..plenty of cash collect but nothing with it..better sites about this isnt one of them..this is def not sour grapes but if you put £180 into one game at £1 shots you would at least expect to get into bonus a few times..stay away...

I have been playing at Mecca Online Slots and Games for 1at least 10 years.
In recent months I have spent possibly thousands. I chose to play because I enjoyed the gambling. If I thought I was playing too much, then I would self exclude myself for a few weeks at a time.
Today I have banned myself from MECCA including all RANK organisations gambling sites, for 5 years, due to how poor MECCA is.
They do not pay out anymore except for pennies.
On average if I spend for example £100 on online slots I will receive possibly £10 in a win.
I play on many different games and it is impossible to get the Bonus feature on them anymore.
On the rare occasion I do, it is pennies back in Bonus.
I played just over £50 on one game, that used to give back a decent amount. I hit the Bonus feature and received 0.14 pence.!
Something has changed with MECCA. Maybe it is due to how badly they are doing currently.
Maybe they have done Gamblers a favour, because I have just banned myself for 5 years which is not able to be overturned even if I wanted to.

I would give Mecca a 4.I won £120,2 weeks back,just cashe out today. It needs patience. I sent all required more than 5 times still declining.But today they proved me wrong.After successfully sending my bank statement my account was activated and I withdrew the money.Patience guysss...The process is long but once u send what they want,its settled

If I could rate 0 stars I would such a corrupt website hands down! Do not register with MECCA BINGO!! Their verification process is utterly ridiculous, and I'm stressed. Recently, I registered with them and deposited £10 from my bank account.

They allowed me to play on their site while I sent my driver's license to verify. They haven't confirmed my verification yet. I won £30 and withdrew it to my account.

They sent me an email stating that they need a clear picture, a selfie with my ID held in my hand, and a bank statement of the card I used to deposit, which I sent.

Then they blocked me from logging in and emailed me again, saying they need to see the transaction to Mecca Bingo on a statement. I couldn't provide a statement showing the Mecca Bingo transaction. It would take a month for the statement to be ready with that detail.

I find it ridiculous because I sent a statement of the card I used, which confirmed the card details and my address. But because of their request to see a statement showing the Mecca Bingo transaction, I cannot receive my withdrawal.

So, I will probably have to wait about a month until the statement is ready. Why ask to see the Mecca Bingo transaction on the bank statement when it's already proven that I am the account holder?

I have registered with a few online casinos, and Mecca Bingo is the worst for verification. Their process is very stressful and punishing. I gave up on the withdrawal. They can keep the £30. Their policies are out of touch and will put off potential customers. No one should have to go through such strict procedures when it could be made easier. Look elsewhere.

I tried to withdraw £220 winnings. They wanted to split the payments between 2 cards, but one card was a cancelled card, so therefore no longer in use, which is why I had added a new card. I messaged the live chat centre to advise them of this. And then my account was locked. I was sent an email asking to upload my bank statement and ID, which I have done, and still my account is locked and no news on my withdrawal. They already have my ID on file , so I do not understand why my account has been locked and no withdrawal received

I have played on line bingo on the Mecca app for about 2 years, never had a problem. My favourite game is penny lane. Then a couple of months ago you upgraded the app. Disaster, it takes forever to load then freezes on the bingo games and I can't play. Tried again this evening, nothing.
