I have engaged with many financial services companies over the last couple of decades but have to say Whitehall Group are a standout professional operation. Highly expert in their field of SIPP and SSAS administration where they look to support you in achieving your goals within the limits of regulation. Such a different experience to other administrators who don’t appear to have the same level of self confidence in the detailed regs. I contacted Whitehall over 4 years ago having been brought to the edge of insanity by the incumbent Trustees of the company Pension fund. On calling their number I was immediately encouraged by not being advised to press one for a girl or two for a boy by a Clotbot !
To my overwhelming relief I heard the voice of a charming lady called Toni Duckworth, clearly a Consummate Professional and within the Hour I was having a constructive conversation with Jane Davies a Director. The process of extraction from the incumbent Trustees was challenging but all the Whitehall personnel acted politely, professionally and relentlessly. Four years on I can say with absolute sincerity that the Courtesy and Service I have enjoyed from day one has been of the highest calibre. In summary You will get Traditional Values backed up by modern Tech.The Pandemic destroyed the Businesses of the fund's modest Property portfolio and the assistance and advice provided by Whitehall to navigate the subsequent changes, coupled with issues of Vandalism and Storm damage claims cannot be over emphasized.The problem with Communication is that sometimes it has not properly occurred - No Organisation is infallible - yet Whitehall come close. They have won their awards through Merit with Client dedication and hard work. I have no hesitation in recommending them unreservedly.

We deal with Whitehall Group on a daily basis, working for an Independent Financial Adviser Firm. We have recommended them to many clients over many years. We’ll be looking for another supplier. No management and a total lack of control internally has meant that 2 tenants fell behind significantly on their rent and they didn’t notify us.

Having just completed a SSAS with Whitehall it’s not something I would recommend. Twice just before completion of the purchase of the property Dante put obstacles in place to delay the process.
Including waiting till completion to tell me not to do work in the property until I had an asbestos survey report which took over a month to obtain.
Costing me a loss of income plus having to pay an extra month rent at our existing property. This is despite having signed a asbestos disclaimer weeks before.
Do not be convinced you are in charge of your finances or the purchase process as you are not. It may be your money but you are not in control.
I could write an essay of problems Dante put in my way of the purchase. And after purchase reply’s from queries do not seem to be important to reply to quickly.

Take out a loan it’s a lot less stressful !!

I wanted to acknowledge the great service and support offered by Whitehall Group. Everyone we have dealt with has ben very helpful and incredibly efficient.
