As anyone who is in the process of setting up a SIPP, it involves LOTS of paperwork ! Having 9 pensions makes this even more paperwork heavy and time consuming.
The team at Whitehall, particularly Helen and Jasmine have been with me every step of the way.
Jasmine has always been there to help with those questions that need clarity and she always takes the time to call and talk me through any issue I'm having. I can't express just how refreshing this is.

Some years ago I decided to start a SSAS pension and spent around 18 months investigating different companies that offered the scheme and checking their fee structure. It was also important that they would allow me to follow my investment plans as not all of them will allow the same opportunities - which comes down to the interpretation of the laws I guess.
There is a huge difference in the fees charged by the different providers as well.
I chose Whitehall as their structure and fees are quite acceptable and fair. Their support is also very good and it's easy to get answers. If necessary, the directors are quite accessible too.
Further, they have won "Best SSAS Provider" 4 or 5 times as well as "Best Pension Service" and their products are all highly rated.
I am very pleased I took the time to look into these companies in the first place, but am even more pleased that I found Whitehall.
