Communication was good. It was delayed a few days but they told us and it was no problem.
They were very nice people, willing to do a good job.
The new door is great and makes getting the car outr so easy.

They gave us a quote while measuring up, rather than going away for a week, and fitted two windows and a new garage door. One of the windows broke when fitting (these things happen), and they were quick to come back the following week and finish the job. The also adjusted my neighbours garage door quickly while they were here, foc, where he thought he may have needed a new one.

Prompt response for quotation. The person attending to quote (Tony) was both helpful and knowledgeable, he followed up on the quote efficiently. The replacement door arrived to plan, and the installation was efficient and professional.

Once we made contact with West Yorkshire Garage Doors, someone was sent out to measure up, talk about what we were looking for and advised us what they could do, how they’d do it, and showed us different doors to choose from and were able to give us a quote there and then. They were extremely knowledgable, and Lynn in the office extremely helpful.
We are absolutely delighted with both our doors it doesn’t even look like our garage! Would highly recommend them, very pleased with their work.

Had a small emergency when the cable to my garage door snapped and I couldn’t close it properly. Spoke to WYGD and they advised me on how to get it closed overnight. They then came out the following day and carried out a first rate repair job replacing the cables and giving the mechanism an overhaul. Efficient friendly service provided by their team of 2. Extremely happy with their work.

Overall, did a nice job. Garage door works well, and looks fab and for a reasonable price.

They came when they said they would, they did what they said they were going to do even compensating for the garage opening being out of square, and left the site clean and tidy. One might say they're supposed to do all that and one would be correct but sadly it doesn't always happen. With WYGD it did. Super job highly satisfied.

I didn't do much shopping around so cannot comment on pricing - but what I can say is that the West Yorkshire Garage Doors team were throroughly professional throughout, did what they said they would do, and on the times and dates that they said they would do them. Materials and workmanship were great and team were a pleasure to deal with. Lynn in the office was always super helpful and a special shout out to Tony who did the initial pricing and supervised / worked throughout the install - both a lovely man and great at his job. Brilliant service and a garage door that makes life so much easier. I can even open the door using my mobile phone which is so convenient for parcel delivery or coming home on my motorbike. I spent alot of time getting quotes and doing my homework and I'm very fussy about who I use for stuff like this. A friend of mine recommended wgd and I'm very pleased I used them. Old school customer service and excellent workmanship.

Price was really good and when the guys came to fit they was polite and very clean and tidy

Provided exactly what I wanted, at a fair price. Arrived on time, and completed installation within a few hours. Office staff and installers all pleasant people to deal with. Only slight improvement would be improved communication after deposit taken to when the installation date was booked in, but this was only a minor thing.
