Top quality products, the flooring is by far better than other sellers and at a great price. Whilst I was there, the guys were great, helped load up my car and sorted me out with a barbell & weights. Great service. Highly recommend

Awful company with no customer service…
Awful company with no customer service skills. Won’t talk over the phone, instead send strange messages at night. Obviously a small tin pot company who shouldn’t be in business.

For future customers reading this review, the above customer unfortunately tried cancel an order (that they placed on Wednesday) after our office had closed on a Friday. As we widely advertise, the order had already been dispatched the day after the order was placed. We regardless attempted to alert the customer of the shipping fees applicable in the event of such a late cancellation, at around 7pm, and rerouted the pallet so it didn't arrive at the customers address. We are now awaiting the return of our items to be able to process a refund.
Product great - NOT next day delivery
The flooring is great (so far) but I ordered from Equipped (rather than others) on the basis of the heavily advertised 'next day' delivery. Delivery is actually 5 days. The marketing is very misleading and will result in a poor customer experience which would be a shame as the company and product seem good.
