Ik had wat onderdelen besteld, en het was met een week al in Nederland.
Bij postnl duurde het nog een week.
Dus met 2 weken binnen.
Netjes verpakt ook.
Zou er zeker weer shoppen.
Helemaal top!!

Ich kann nur positives berichten. Bestellung, Versand, Preis, Versanddauer, Übergabe in Deutschland an DHL, Qualität der Ware (Drehzahlmesser für die Honda Monkey), Informationen per Mail....ich bin begeistert und würde wieder dort kaufen. In Deutschland ist zu bedenken, das auf den günstigen Preis noch eine Steuer von 19% erhoben wird, und bei Warenwert über 150,-€ wird die Ware verzollt. Alles in einem aber meist erheblich günstiger, als die Teile hier Vorort zu kaufen. Wie das allerdings bei einem Garantiefall funktioniert, dazu kann ich nichts sagen.

I ordered some nice products. However, when ordering, I don't see that you have to pay customs clearance fees, VAT, and administration costs. Why don't they simply mention this? Then I could have decided whether I wanted to buy it at that price. Now I feel ripped off for an order of €120 and an additional €90 unforeseen costs.

première commande en 2023, tout va bien. dernière commande juin 2025. catastrophe. produits affichés en stock, commande puis anonce de pièces on disponible. (la moitié de ma commande), j'annule les manquants et poursuit.... 3 jours pour traversé la moitié de la planète mais produit jamais livré par la faute de CHRONOPOST. j'ai perdu énormément de temps et d'argent, plus jamais je ne commanderai au japon

Bought a rear rack for my super cub 125 was here in about a week lovely rack and great firm communication was great will definitely be buying more parts from these and putting my friend on to them 5star rating from me in the uk

The item arrived within 4 days of ordering.
It arrived as described.
I was sure and expeced to wait longer to receive the item but was proved wrong! 🙂.

After reading some negative reviews, I can honestly say that I was hesitant to use this site also. Fortunately, I took my chance and can say now that everything worked fine. They always maintained me updated through emails. The post arrived in the UK five days after purchase and the Honda part received is really genuine and brand new as advertised. I'll definitely use it again!

After reading the 1 star reviews I was hesitant to use this site. However, you will always have the negative reviews posted on review sites like this which is inevitable. My experience could not have been better. All parts in stock, easily tracked at every stage of the process. I paid used Paypal and a credit card for maximum protection. I saved over £100 for geniune Honda parts (that’s including postage) and all arrived safely within 6 days from the other side of the world. Thank you Webike; I will be back.

No quality control, no customer service.
They take your money, sent low quality junk that is good for nothing, then gone like the wind.

Parts send in damaged condition. These were used parts described as "working condition with some cosmetic stains" no mention or pictures of the mechanical damage. Damage cannot be repaired.Their reply was that I was at fault for accepting damaged goods! They won't reply to my emails. Last time I will buy from them. Use your discretion when buying from webike based on my experience.

Rien à dire sur le site. Envoie rapide et bonne communication. Le problème ce sont les frais de douane de 31 eur pour une commande de 30 eur.

Excellent 5***** service. I found some rare genuine Suzuki parts on their website and all were in stock. Ordered on the 15th and received via FedEx on the 20th ( Japan to the UK ). Parts arrived well packed and the communication was excellent. Great experience and Highly Recommended, thank you.

bad service pay for 4 / 5 day to arrived, 1 month attend , but not arrived , bad service

Nice bike parts that aren't available in the UK and was really happy until parts arrived damaged. Sent back photos and was offered a pathetic amount of compensation. When they finally agreed to pay for the return, the FedEx code wouldn't work and now they don't reply to me at all. Shocking customer service and it wasn't a language barrier.

Order a part and the site says that parts in stock … placing the order and then the day after its not in stock and no refund is possible on this item…280$ ish not a lot of money but really irritating….
iam so fed up with this scammer society…
