Wallpaper Sales Anmeldelser

Great products at competitive prices. I contacted the customer service team with a question and they were so helpful -I’ve used them twice now and would recommend to anyone.

Very prompt service will order again in the future

Five star service from really helpful ladies. It was a joy to be helped so efficiently thank you. 👍

Wallpaper Sales have a policy of matching pattern runs which a number of other retailers will not commit to. I wanted 14 rolls so their policy was a big plus.
Additionally the price was competitive.
I was kept informed of the status of the order and able to track it once dispatched.

I have only bought samples so far but am very happy with the ease of use of the website, range of products, speed of delivery and follow up communication - would recommend this company

I am so pleased I found you as I thought I might not be able to complete my decorating as I ran out of paper. Delivery very quick even to France.

Easy to manoeuvre website and placing an order.
Super speedy delivery and product wrapped and secured for no damages
Very inpressed

What can I say absolutely phenomenal service kept in touch and sent once the paper was back in stock 100% recommendations will absolutely use again

It was very good quality paper checking out was easy delivery was brilliant thanks

Rating this company very highly for their ease of purchase, speed of carefully packaged wallpaper and the fact it’s £20 cheaper a roll than at John Lewis.

Order process was seemless and easy. They only had 12 in stock of the 13 rolls i needed so rang me arranged for 12 rolls to be delivered so i could get on with the job. They arrived promptly on the day the had confirmed. They confirmed they had checked the follow on roll was the same batch number as the 12. It arrived as promised a few days later. Excellent service.

Excellent communication, impressive turn around time and the best price on my chosen wallpaper around! Will definitely use again!

Samples arrived quickly thank you. Some A3 too. Appreciated. I’ll be ordering rolls soon. Just need to decide ….. 🤔

I recently ordered two samples from Wallpaper Sales and following on made two small orders on separate occasions.
I love the paper and cannot fault any stage of the service I received.

The samples we requested were all delivered quickly. When we choose the paper price was good and was delivered next day which was fantastic service. Order is correct and we love the paper

I loved dealing with Wallpaper Sales as it is a company with the customer service values we took for granted in years' gone by. The product I needed is not readily available and had to come from abroad. Wallpaper Sales offered it at a competitive price and delivery was fast and the item well packaged. It is a company I would be happy to deal with again and will actively seek them out in the future.

Ordered my wallpaper on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday, amazing service! The wallpaper itself is excellent quality and looks fantastic.

I had ordered too many rolls on the advice of my decorator, so I followed the return process through the website. Once they had received the rolls back, my refund was in my account the very next day. The whole process was quick, straightforward and hassle-free.

I did have a couple of queries during the process and spoke to Chantelle on the phone. She was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, and made the whole experience even better.

I would definitely recommend Wallpaper Sales. Great quality wallpaper, fast delivery and excellent customer service.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful. They confirmed that the wallpaper was available and could be delivered in 2 to 3 days rather that 7 to 10 as quoted. Then when I thought I would have to cancel they phoned the supplier. I reinstated the order a few hours later and the wallpaper was delivered the next day. The people I spoke to at Wallpaper Sales were charming and nothing seemed too much trouble. Well done! These days it is rare to come across a ‘can do’ attitude like this.

Delivered super quickly & in perfect condition. Beautiful wallpaper selection with lots of choice. Super pleased.
