Great customer care
Wallpaper Sales are an excellent company to deal with when I had a delivery problem. They actually have a telephone number and you could speak with a person who understood what had happened and contacted the delivery company and phoned me back the next day to confirm I had received the wallpaper. Excellent service for one roll of wallpaper! (my fault because I hadn’t ordered enough).

Excellent fast service
Excellent fast service. Wallpaper was expensive, but the quality and colour are amazing. This was my first wallpapering attempt - local decorator told me the paper would be difficult to hang (a William Morris design by Ben Pentreath), but it went well. So pleased with the result.

Sample arrived quickly
Sample arrived quickly. An issue with the second sample was very quickly rectified by a very friendly and helpful member of the team. Will definitely be purchasing the wallpaper from them rather than the large high street store as they were not only cheaper but definitely a more personal service. Highly recommended

On ordering delivery was meant to be 3 to 5 days, heard nothing from the company until I phoned eleven days later, when I was told wallpaper rolls were damaged and therefore the delay! Just not good enough a simple mail would have sufficed.

Thank you for your feedback, Mr Wright, and we sincerely apologise for the lack of communication. Your wallpaper was ordered in from the manufacturer but unfortunately arrived with us damaged. We arranged for replacements to be sent out straight away and, as we hoped the delay would be minimal, we didn't reach out as promptly as we should have. That was our mistake and we're sorry. When you called we were honest about the situation and we appreciate your patience. Whilst the order was delivered within 8 working days from the date of order, we fully understand that the lack of communication made the wait feel much longer than it should have.

Thank you for your feedback, Rosario. We're glad you loved the wallpaper. International shipping costs are displayed clearly before checkout, so we hope you were able to see these before confirming your order. We understand it can feel high, but unfortunately these costs are outside of our control. We hope the finished result was worth it.

Great service
Wallpaper Sales have a policy of matching pattern runs which a number of other retailers will not commit to. I wanted 14 rolls so their policy was a big plus.
Additionally the price was competitive.
I was kept informed of the status of the order and able to track it once dispatched.

Thank you, Mary! Batch matching across 14 rolls is exactly the kind of thing that really matters when you're tackling a bigger project, so we're really glad that gave you confidence. We hope it all goes up beautifully!
