Genuine company.
Looked on line, a sceptical old lady. Surprised how easy their website was. Chose what I wanted but phoned them to be answered by a nice lady who was very helpful. Offered to look at other options for me and send samples she processed my order and it was delivered promptly and well packaged. I would recommend this company and would use them again

Highly recommended
I cannot rate this company highly enough. I wanted a wallpaper that had to come from Europe to be delivered to a specific address by a particular date. If it arrived after that I needed it delivered to a different address. Chantelle was so incredibly helpful and offered to track the delivery to them, and call me before it was dispatched to me. She rang me on the day they received the order from the manufacturer and it arrived the following day. Thank you! I will definitely use your services again! :)

Double check what you are sent
I ordered 2 rolls of paper that were sent with different batch numbers? I know it’s my responsibility to check to and glad I noticed as they were 2 completely different shades but luckily had some left over that was the same shade as one of them. Does no one check this at all? You’d think that it would make sense, I didn’t have time to return and wait in another one so left it but very dissapointed ?

Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear that two different batch numbers were sent out together - that's not the standard we hold ourselves to and we completely understand your disappointment. We're glad you spotted it before hanging, but sorry it put you in a difficult position. We do wish you'd had the chance to get in touch with us at the time, as we would have done our best to resolve this for you. If you'd like to discuss it further, please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll see what we can do.
