Wallpaper sales go above and beyond with there customers I have ordered many times from this amazing family run business and they will always help with anything, not just help but will make sure your experience is with a smile , more company’s should take a leaf out of there book as I won’t go anywhere else for wallpaper or paste . If I could give this company more stars I would ! Look forward to purchasing my next order :)

The order was exactly as specified, well packaged and promptly delivered. The price was the best available. I would have no hesitation in buying from again.

Great customer service.Wallpaper arrived quickly and batch checked. Would recommend this company. Plus cheapest I found.

Purchased my beautiful Mullberry Gamebirds wallpaper at a very competative price. It arrived before the stated date and was perfectly packed. I will certainly buy from this company again.

My wife had decided on a certain wall paper and i was trying to find a good price . Came across this website and saw the good reviews . Slightly putoff by the lack of address but worked out it was part of a business in Wakefield via google and phone number . Ordered product which arrived in 3 working days, all from same batch , also via a decent courier . Finally price was very good . All round fab .

Glad I found Wallpaper Sales! They do exactly as the company name suggests and I found what I needed on the website. Once ordered, the parcel arrived extremely quickly and way faster than the estimated time.

This is the first time I have used this Company and I was certainly impressed, the prices are very competative I wanted a William Morris wall paper and found the exact one I wanted on their web site it retailed at 132.00 per roll I payed a lot less than this, communication was good and duly arrived on time and in good condition cannot fault this Company which may be small but have got it right.

Great website showing lots of choices. Sample system is excellent and service first class. The order arrived quickly, well packaged. I highly recommend this company.

Chantelle was fantastic. Her advice and follow up and understanding made this shopping experience wonderful. I would highly rate this company just based on the shopping experience I had over the phone. I would give it seven stars instead of 5 if I was able to! Great prices to as well as great advice

If you are reading this, please take it as a reminder that we all need to double down on supporting small, family-run businesses. There was an easily amended problem with my order that stemmed from the wallpaper manufacturing company rather than from Wallpaper Sales themselves. Chantelle -- who is a masterclass in warm, personable and professional customer care -- requested a phone call so that we could discuss the problem and possible solutions in person, rather than going back and forth via email. She gave me two options and as much time as I needed on the phone. She then advocated for me to the manufacturer before committing to the solution, to ensure that all three parties were on the same page. Within 24 hours she was back in touch to say that the manufacturer was happy with my preferred solution, and that as soon as I gave the go ahead she would get my order into the post. My partial refund was issued without delay, and my amended order has just arrived today via 24 hour delivery. The wallpaper is of exceptionally beautiful quality, and Chantelle actually over-delivered on the solution we had agreed.
With so many companies now outsourcing customer service care to AI (and getting it so badly wrong), this week's experience of encountering a minor problem with my order has absolutely restored my faith in online retail **as long as we buy from independent and family run businesses.** 10/10 for absolutely every aspect of ordering and buying from this company, and 11/10 for that lovely old-fashioned way of solving problems with a friendly phone call.

Great selection of wallpaper, really good prices, very quick delivery service. Wallpaper is perfect for my hall and stairs
