To prove this further, we moved your service to a high-spec VPS at no extra cost, which you confirmed in our Discord DMs was running smoothly.
Our engineers spent hours every day in Discord and tickets to ensure you were taken care of.
Despite this level of service and multiple free upgrades, you decided to cancel and ignore our team simply because a RAM upgrade was not processed instantly on Christmas Eve.
We provide professional-grade hosting and invested heavily in your success; we cannot, however, control software bugs or fulfill manual requests during a major holiday.

Been running game servers with Vykix for a while, and honestly? Chef’s kiss. Rock-solid performance - zero lag, zero downtime, just pure, uninterrupted gameplay. It’s like the servers come with plot armor.
Now the real MVPs? Support. Niko (aka THE legend), AK (aka co-legend? legend²?), and the entire staff team is absolutely cracked. I put in a ticket, and it's like they already knew. I'm starting to think they’ve got wall hacks for support requests.
Reliable servers + god-tier support = easy win. Whether you're hosting for friends or running a big community, Vykix just gets it right.

Erfahrungsbericht zu Vykix (Dedicated Server)
Ich habe für 2 Monate einen Dedicated Server bei Vykix genutzt. Der Server war mit einem AMD Ryzen™ 7 9800X3D ausgestattet und kostete 300 € im Monat zzgl. Anschlussgebühren und Steuern.
Positiv:
- Die Bereitstellung des Servers erfolgte innerhalb von ca. 24 Stunden, was sehr schnell war.
- Vykix bietet eine große Auswahl an leistungsstarken CPUs, was grundsätzlich positiv ist.
- Für einen wiederholt auftretenden Ausfall, der mehrere Stunden dauerte, wurde mir als Entschädigung eine Gutschrift von 6 Tagen gewährt.
Negativ:
- Für einen Dedicated Server in dieser Preisklasse kam es viel zu häufig zu Ausfällen. Das ist für ein dediziertes System absolut inakzeptabel.
- Im Falle eines Absturzes hatte ich keine Möglichkeit, den Server selbst neu zu starten. Man muss mindestens 25 Minuten warten, bevor man ein Ticket eröffnen darf, und wird gleichzeitig mit einer Strafgebühr von 15 € bedroht, sollte man ein „Emergency Ticket“ ohne ausreichenden Grund öffnen.
- Der Support ist extrem langsam. Teilweise musste ich mehrere Stunden oder sogar Tage auf eine Antwort warten, was bei Serverproblemen absolut unpraktisch ist.
- Die Preise sind im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern deutlich überzogen. Es gibt vergleichbare oder sogar bessere Angebote bei anderen Hostern zu deutlich günstigeren Konditionen.
Fazit:
Vykix überzeugt mit einer schnellen Bereitstellung und einer breiten Auswahl an leistungsstarken CPUs. Allerdings trüben häufige Serverausfälle, ein langsamer Support und überzogene Preise das Gesamtbild erheblich. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr Stabilität, Servicequalität und Flexibilität erwartet. Ich persönlich werde in Zukunft auf einen anderen Anbieter zurückgreifen.
1. Entgegen der Behauptung, es habe sich ausschließlich um geplante und angekündigte Wartungsarbeiten gehandelt, kam es in der Vergangenheit mehrfach zu plötzlichen Verbindungsabbrüchen und Serverausfällen, die weder vorab per E-Mail angekündigt noch öffentlich bekanntgegeben wurden. In mehreren Fällen war die Verbindung ohne Vorwarnung unterbrochen, wodurch der Betrieb erheblich beeinträchtigt wurde.
2. Persönlich habe ich kein Interesse an ausführlichen Beschreibungen zu übertakteten Systemen oder speziellen Kühlungen, für mich zählen am Ende messbare Fakten. Bei einem Mitbewerber bekomme ich aktuell für 150 € im Monat zzgl. Steuern einen AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D mit einer echten 10G-Verbindung! Bei euch erhalte ich für 300 € im Monat zzgl. Steuern lediglich einen AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D. Das steht für mich in keinem fairen Verhältnis, zumal der Ryzen 9 9950X3D auch ohne Übertaktung dem 9800X3D in nahezu allen Bereichen deutlich überlegen ist.
3. Hinzu kommt, dass ich bei dem günstigeren Anbieter auch noch deutlich besseren Support erhalte. Dort gibt es kein "Emergency"-Ticket-System mit der Androhung von 15 € Strafen. Egal welches Anliegen man hat, man bekommt innerhalb von weniger als 10 Minuten eine qualifizierte Antwort. Das ist für mich echte Leistung! Nicht irgendwelche übertakteten Systeme, die instabil laufen und ständig abstürzen! In den zwei Monaten hatte ich über 10 Server-Crashs, geplante Wartungsfenster nicht einmal mitgerechnet. Meine DayZ-Community, die im Schnitt aus etwa 80 aktiven Spielern besteht, hat ebenfalls regelmäßig gemeldet, dass es zu Systemabbrüchen kam. Bei anderen Anbietern habe ich solche Probleme nicht!
Fazit: Die Preisgestaltung bei vykix ist unverhältnismäßig hoch und rechtfertigt sich nicht durch das angebotene Leistungsniveau!

You were provisioned with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D system, overclocked to 5.6GHz, with 6000Mhz+ DDR5 RAM and a dedicated 10G NIC. This was not a shared or virtual port — it was a real, physical 10G uplink. We’ve re-tested this exact server and confirmed speeds of 8356 Mbps download and 9347 Mbps upload. Any lower results are due to the testing method, endpoint limitations, or local congestion — not a limitation of the hardware or uplink.
Regarding your concerns about uptime: all maintenance/outage events were scheduled and publicly announced. We also issued 6 days of service credit — a proactive gesture of good faith.
Now to the core of your revised review: you claim DayZ server crashes were caused by our hardware. That is not accurate. You also mentioned receiving a cheaper AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D at another host. That’s a valid comparison — but raw CPU model alone doesn’t determine performance. Absolute go to for your Servers.
Around 5-6 months ago I made the switch from a game server from your average game server provider, taking peoples recommendations, swapping and changing really just finding out they're all roughly the same, limited capability, generic server provider.
I finally made the switch to VYKIX and have never looked back. The only regret I have is that I did not start with VYKIX from the beginning. Any issue I have, the staff immediately are on hand to help and will go above and beyond to solve anything and everything. I genuinely do not have a bad thing to say about them and if you are starting out your server, I 100% recommend these guys.
