Super fast delivery even though it was week following Christmas. Couple of bits missing out of box, informed vyair and they sent the bits out straight away. The ro unit itself works flawlessly and the instructions clear and easy to follow.

Resin vessels delivered promptly and with all the correct fittings and even some PTFE tape for leak free connections....fantastic!

Item was out of stock, but told me straightaway, apologised and refunded my payment immediately. I appreciated their prompt response.

Paid for an item,also paid extra for next day delivery as i was in urgent need for the item. Heard nothing for over a week,so I had to email Vyair to ask what was happening,they emailed me back 2 days later and said they didn’t have the item and refunded me. Waste of time.

Simple, straightforward and as described

I have an RO-100M 4-Stage Reverse Osmosis 100 US GPD (375 Litres) Fish & Aquarium Water Filter System with DI Resin Stage. It is superbly manufactured, and its metal frame is far sturdier than the plastic frames on many of its competitors. The instructions are comprehensive, and the telephone technical support I received before and after purchase was first class. BTW, although it is designed for aquarium/pond use, you can also use the super-soft water for brewing lagers and light ales (best to boil the water first, to ensure the absolute sterility needed for brewing), or for drinking water (by replacing the final resin stage with a Vyair Silver Series carbon filter, which leaves just a small amount of minerals in the water, making it more pleasant to drink).

An excellent property, well appointed and maintained. Situated in beautiful surroundings. The hosts are extremely professional and went to great lengths to ensure our comfort during storm ARWEN, which left us without power for a while.
Would go back again.

After a tricky start, in that they sent me the wrong system, followed by some confusing communications, eventually things were sorted, and following a complaint from me about the problems which had arisen, an email from the CEO Tracy laid out very clearly the pattern of events which had led to my experience being less good than it should have been. This was a case of going the extra mile to mollify and sedate my exasperation at what had been an extremely frustrating few days. So, I have gone from a position of feeling that Vyair were failing me, to my current one expressing satisfaction at the way they handled the situation. I am impressed, and feel confident that they will do their best to meet my needs in future.

Good advice on the most suitable product and filter for car washing. Purchased online and delivered promptly.
Could do with some instructions referencing how/when filter changing, max hose length and general care for usage.

Really great service from Vyair, and a high quality product. I bought a 3-way tap with hot cold and filtered and the tap itself looks and feels very well made and is solidly engineered while also with good aesthetics - the only one like it I could find on the internet. Decent price too. There was a minor issue where they sent me the wrong tap but it was quick and straightforward to return it and get the right one sent out.
