I have been a customer of Vyair for about 8 years now. They are always exceptionally helpful, competitive and provide speedy delivery. Vyair is always my first stop for R.O. products.

Excellent telephone support prior to placing my order. I have just set my RO/DI filter up and commissioned it. I still have questions but I know VyAir will be only too happy to answer my questions professionally and rapidly.

I have had my reverse osmosis filter set up for 4 years and replacement of filters could not easier or simpler, Vyair supplied next day at good price. I was very impressed.

Excellent after-sales customer service. I would especially like to thank Sam Stainton for his patient trouble-shooting skills and product knowledge, which were of great help to me in making my RO water filter work correctly, and Callum Potter for helping me choose the product best suited to my needs.

I dealt with Sharon who was very helpful, I needed a replacement water filter for my coffee machine. After confirming the filter I needed my transaction was simple, I received my new filter in 2 days and saved money too.

I was unsure of what Filter to order, I had previously brought a cheap model on Amazon that was terrible. Phone up Vyair and got great advice. The area I live in has very low water presure something I hadn't considered. They advised a product with in my budget that works perfectly and does exaclty what I need it to do. Dont be conned into the false economy of the cheaper filters on eBay and Amazon.

I Can't rate this company high enough ! As a window cleaner who has recently started using a pure water system, I needed a compact and efficient system to fit into my house to supply the water I need. Many companies make systems similar to the one I bought, but their sites provided very few details about the units. Vyair's site had all the information that I needed, and their help line staff are amazing !!!! They are friendly, helpfull, and always go the extra mile. The products I have bought from them are high quality and the prices are very competitive, add to that the speed of deliveries wich are really fast and you have a company and support team that as I said previously I can't rate high enough !!!! THANKS GUYS

I was dealt with very professionally with an outstanding amount of product knowledge; Due to the individual named Sam excelling within not only his role but customer service this professionally progressed into a client relationship. Where the client (myself) is able to talk more confidently (In a friendship manner) about what he/she‘s requiring.

Sales:
The individual and company as previously mentioned excelled within sales and understanding, due to their product knowledge and clear desire to provide you with what you actually need as well as want. Not pushy, Not opinionated.

Vyair is a class act. Love their products but most importantly, love their absolutely brilliant customer support. Polite, kind and always eager to help their customers. I had an issue with my order and Sharon and Catherine were super helpful in resolving them.

What can I say, they are truly customer focused. had an issue with the self tapping fitting (nothing that a bit of PTFE tape didn't sort) and I also had trouble understanding what I was doing wrong with operation of the unit and they talked me through it. Thank you guys!

Below Poor .. sold part AIFIR-200 to our company , all of the parts failed mechanically like clock work within service life , they should have pulled this product by now , still on sale 2020 , we made complaint and no compensation given to 5 flooded kitchens due to leaking filter housing bodies made from clear plastics that are not fit for use . avoid , company distro, manager made issues worse and made no steps to compensate for damages. blame games ugly. We no longer use this company or products with clear plastics for water treatment.

The only company I use for my ro filters and units for my marine aquarium. Sharon is a absolute joy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable along with all the other people that I have spoke to.Great prices and super fast delivery. After sales service is second to none. I can not recommend them enough.

I recently purchased a resin vessel for cleaning my cars, and very happy with the results and customer service I received when I called. A very knowledgeable team!

Excellent customer service. I ordered two connectors via Amazon paying only £3 inc' f.o.c.delivery but I ordered the wrong size. I realised when they arrived and I phoned them in the afternoon. I was passed to the MD who made sure that they knew what I needed and was concerned that my water filter was back in service asap. The correct parts arrived by post next day.
You couldn't wish for better customer service.

Ordered a 100 gallon per day pump over the phone, they didn't have one so without notice sent a 50 GPD, they then tell us its the same thing, promised to call back twice but didn't bother, and then dithered about us returning it, took a week to collect, then they got it back, signed for it and told us they didn't have it for 4 more days. I ordered one from somewhere else and the right pump turned up the next day. Before this I bought my RO machine, all of my resin, and filters from them, that's how they treat their customers, worth going somewhere else.
