Very responsive to technical related issues; effort is always made to exceed customer expectations.

Ordered 3 products, never recieved one, the other two wouldn't load.

Hello everyone, I'm Artyom from Armenia and I needed some kind of programming device for my car and I found this KT200 and tried it. I'm very satisfied with the device and the company's service. I would recommend it. It's very good.

The order and installation process was seamless. Highly recommend and look forward to future business!

I have placed two order with VXDAS, though i am from Yemen and my country in war but VXDAS accepted my orders and arranged the delivery and shipment, the VXDAS staff were keen to keep following my order and they are responsive. I got their help and support through out the whole process. Moreover, they keep updating me on shipment status till i reecived it safe/sound and in good order. Thank you VXDAS

Exactly got what I ordered, excellent customer service after purchase.

Software installation for SDP3 was clear with teamviewer. 👍. It works as it should. Smooth service

Very knowledgeable and straight up business. I am very very happy with the product and support I received. It's no small undertaking to master these computer interfaces in some cases archaic interfaces. Rest assured they have it under wraps. I could not find local help outside of bending over for a dealer that would probably not want to help me on a 25 year old truck. I have high respect for VXDAS for their professionalism and trustworthiness. I don't have words to elevate them any higher. I am very happy with the experience.

Bought a PIWIS 2 clone from them. Received it fast. There was a problem with activating the VCI hardware. They were very accommodating, selected a time and their tech logged in to my PC to validate and activate the license.
Top notch customer support!!!

I like the product is very good and works properly.the support is great

Bought a USB cable from these guys,
Good customer care and in no time,my product was delivered as soon as possible

Good communication, seamless install on new machine for use in small auto shop.

I've bought several thousand dollars worth of equipment from VXDAS. They orders have always been fulfilled promptly, arrived on time, undamaged.

Several times I have asked for their help installing software for me (Consult, Techstream & CG100X). They have always been able to do the installs remotely for me, promptly and without any problems.

I am very happy with the team at VXDAS and will continue to buy from them rather than random suppliers from AliExpress.

I had a wonderful experience with VXDAS! Their customer service is truly outstanding – friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. From start to finish, they made everything simple and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that goes above and beyond.
Thank you Emily!!!

I had the same problem. The software they sold me doesn't do anything they claim. Despite contacting me numerous times, they told me it's the same and they can't do it, but in our previous correspondence, I was told all of these features were already installed.
