I bought the Nissan SuperCode software, so I can only comment on software sales from them.
The payment process was super quick and easy thanks to Apple Pay. The software was also promptly delivered and functions as expected.
I had gotten into contact with support over some confusion about the software activation, as the software needed a code to be entered to be activated (which was included in the download as a txt file, which I had missed).
The email support was extremely responsive and happy to help.

I purchased a Honda HDS HIM Clone that arrived defective out of the box. The power LED would not illuminate under any configuration, and VXDAS support confirmed via their own diagnostics that the unit was faulty.
Worse, Windows Defender flagged Virus:Win32/Sality.at in the supplied driver file on the included software disk. Sality is a well-documented polymorphic file infector, not a benign false positive on diagnostic software. When I raised it, VXDAS dismissed the detection as a routine antivirus flag and recommended I disable my AV to use their product. That is a serious red flag from any vendor, regardless of how long they have been operating.
Their proposed resolution for the defective hardware required me to ship the unit back to Shenzhen at my own expense, declare a reduced customs value, and wait on reimbursement only after producing the shipping invoice. No prepaid label, no upfront refund, no replacement sent in parallel. After the malware discovery, I requested a straight refund and was met with deflection and an appeal to their "10 years in business" as proof of trustworthiness.
Defective hardware happens. Malware on supplier-provided media is a different category of problem entirely. Look elsewhere for HDS or diagnostic clones. There are sellers who stand behind their products without asking the customer to absorb the cost of their failures.

Regarding the Software Flag: Many aftermarket diagnostic tools utilize deep-emulation codes to interface with vehicle ECUs, which strict security tools like Windows Defender often flag as generic threats. However, our team’s blunt suggestion to "disable your antivirus" was highly unprofessional. We respect your cybersecurity concerns and have already submitted this software batch to our lab for a rigorous clean-audit to ensure user safety.
2. Regarding Your Refund & Return: We want to confirm that a 100% prepaid return label was sent to your WhatsApp on 25th May. (prior to this review). We are covering all costs with no customs complications. Per corporate protocol, your full refund is pending and will be released immediately once the courier scans and activates the package.
We know our previous back-and-forth breached your trust. We do not ask for compromise, but we kindly ask you to drop off the package using the prepaid label so we can retrieve the unit for a thorough QC investigation to locate the issue.
