Excellent service and good quality of cars very attentive staff and cordial much appreciated

Third time renting from VWFS Slough and another good experience. Very nice, personal service. Cars are near-new, in great condition and seem to always be a few steps above the base spec, so nice extras that make the experience feel more special than the regular mainstream rental companies.

Raheel and Jacob have done amazing job on making sure I got the vehicle I wanted, made sure it was clean, and nicely presented on the day of collection. Answered all my questions, and ensured the process went smooth even after I retuned the key. Would definitely hire again in the near future!

From start to finish we dealt with Megan from Car Rental who offered us a professional, friendly service. She made the whole process seamless and fuss-free. Hope you deal with you soon again!

We had a fantastic experience renting a camper van from VWFS West London. The camper van was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and a pleasure to drive.

A special thank you to Dave, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He gave us a thorough walkthrough of the van, explaining all the features clearly and making sure we were confident before setting off. He took the time to answer all our questions and never made us feel rushed.

We had an amazing experience renting a camper van for our recent family camping trip to the Lake District. From the moment we picked up the van, the team at VWFS West London was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.

The staff gave us a thorough demonstration of the vehicle and explained all of the camper van’s facilities clearly, which made us feel confident and well-prepared before setting off. Their patience and attention to detail really enhanced our experience.

We were a family of four, including a one-year-old and a four-year-old, and the camper van was comfortable and well-equipped for all of us. The children thoroughly enjoyed the adventure, and it made for a memorable family holiday.

Prior to potential purchase my wife and I had a Grand California 600 booked for a camping weekend Friday 24th July 2026.
3 Days prior to rental, I received a poor voicemail addressing me as Mr "Christian Name" asking me to call them back.
Spoke to them, to discover that the van I was looking forward to enjoy had a damaged fridge and would I be happy for the door to be taped up? Umm - not the best but providing the fridge was still working and they gave me the suggested tape to secure it I was potentially happy with this, but I asked for what the options of compensation or discount because what I was hiring wasn't as expected. The manger Zee asked to seek clarification from his area manager agreed to call me back.
Some moments later he calls and says we can't hire you the camper, so they are going to have to cancel my booking! What? - No suggestion of a replacement or alternatives I was dumfounded!
I asked for the matter to be escalated with an area manager and have a call back.
Several minutes later I get an automated email telling me I have cancelled my booking.
I then spent the next hour on the phone trying to seek a resolution to Volkswagen Customer Service.
I'm out of pocked for the camping pitch that I booked and it's too late to get a refund. Be interesting to see how quickly I get my full refund of the rental booking that they have had since June 4th!

I needed a vehicle whilst mine was undergoing some work - the booking process for getting a rent-a-car was so easy! It was very stress free and I would recommend it to anyone. Liam was especially helpful!

I rented a car for 4 days, it was a very pleasant experience. The car was charged fully and had full tank of petrol. It was a very comfortable ride. This was my 3rd time renting from them and I'll be renting again next week for another trip. Lovely people!

I first enquired about renting a car from an online page elsewhere, when I was recommended by a friend to check the main dealership of VW as they have very competitive rates.
When I enquired, I was met with a lovely girl called Megan who was very nice and polite and informative. She was patient with my questions and super accommodating as we had just travelled a long way to the uk from overseas.
She has a wonderful warm and welcoming personality and I would recommend her specifically, and VW rentals to anyone who is considering, and we will be contacting her again without question in the future!! Wonderful asset to the team, thank you!

I hired a multivan 7 seater from Huntingdon, it was in fantastic condition and the chap (Liam i think) was so helpful. he gave a full vehicle handover and showed us all the controls and how to arrange the deating plan inside the van. I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area looking to hire.

Spotless in & out on collection. Security deposit returned on same day after dropping off. Staff friendly. If I’m nit picking it would be brilliant to be able to pick up and drop off at weekends but the days I want the car is my problem, not VW’s.

We wanted to experience the camper van and this was the best thing ever. Dave ensured we were all up to date with information needed. took time to answer all the questions we had. excellent customer service
