Borrowed the VW California Ocean to go on a long weekend to Cornwall - service was exceptional and the vehicle was perfect - virtually brand new and came with all the camping essentials. Staff are all friendly and everything was ready on time. The paperwork and collecting/dropping off was very smooth. Thank you for a great experience!

Excellent service & value for money at a very short notice.

The only downside is the £1000 deposit requirement, I believe this would be lower if you opted for extra insurance coverage on top of the basic requirements.

Bought car Skoda Octavia in 2019.
This year gave for diagnose they cheated with me,they said dpf issues found,and gave me price nearly £4000.
Charge £230, price was £220.
I took my car somewhere they update software for me.
My car working fine absolutely fine now.
Will never go back again in my life. To SD.

Great service - highly competitive price (roughly half of the big rental agencies), very responsive, kind service, no surprises on pickup or return. The rep who helped us (Mo) showed extreme flexibility and great generosity when he gave us the car four days prior to our booking date with no extra cost - just because it was available. Very laid back service - an easy 5 stars.

Couldn’t fault anything. This was our second time renting a campervan through VWFS, and once again everything was perfect. Gary and Barry were fantastic from start to finish, even arranging for the van to be collected from another branch that was much closer to us. The whole experience was seamless, and we’re already planning our third rental!
