I apologise for not remembering the person the looked after me at Colindale but he was fantastic, a great assset for a Business, I believe this is the fourth year I have used Colindale VWFS Services for a Rental car and they have always delivered 10/10 service.

Very good professional and efficient service from the team at Portsmouth van centre. Highly recommend for any vehicle need , they will source anything you require.

Absolutely first class service and the vehicle we hired (VW ID Buzz) was exceptional. A one week hire, plenty of miles covered and no complaints. Brian was faultless to deal with from start to finish. Very professional and a genuinely lovely guy, couldn’t do enough for us. Definitely recommend and will use again.

So simple and quick. Booked online. Great friendly service. Received a quick call when the car was ready in case I wanted to collect early. Very quick and easy to collect and had all of the car's features explained well got me on the road with minimal fuss. Good value too for 10 day rental. Megan has been great from the start. She’s always been friendly, easy to talk to, and really helpful. Every time I’ve had a question or needed anything, she’s got back to me quickly and made sure everything was sorted. You can tell she genuinely cares about looking after her customers, which makes the whole experience so much easier.
