VWFS Rent-a-Car - West London Anmeldelser

Simply THE BEST EVER rental car experience. Mike and David who run VW West London car rentals are the nicest people imaginable. Diane and I were treated as welcome guests on arrival at the beautiful VW showroom where we explored the fantastic old VW family cars on display (I used to own a 1961 type 3 notchback in the early 70s). Coffee, chats and a marvellous almost new Golf automatic (exactly as booked) were provided. Say no more - simply the BEST EVER car rental. And the trip to Heathrow for our flight home to Australia was short, cheap and really enjoyable. Patrick Gallagher

Just as advertised - really nice people to do business with! Make sure you meet Michael from VW west London who would take very good care of you every time. Friendly, helpful and honest guy. Would be happy to travel far just to rent from him.

I rented a Tiguan from VWFS Rental West London for a short rental. The process from booking online to picking up the vehicle was flawless. Micheal was friendly, welcoming and very efficient. This was by far the best car rental experience I have ever had. There were no hidden costs and no surprises. The Tiguan was comfortable to drive and I would highly recommend hiring it and using VWFS Rent a Car if you are looking for a rental in the UK.

Frictionless experience ! Definitely recommend over the standard car hires!

We rented a Tiguan from VWFS Rental West London for a 51 day “lap of the map” of the UK. The process from booking online from Australia to picking up the vehicle was flawless. Dave was friendly, welcoming and very efficient. This was by far the best car rental experience I have ever had. There were no hidden costs, no surprises and compared to mainstream rental car companies more affordable and simpler to navigate the rental process. The Tiguan was comfortable to drive and had the space to carry our luggage. We had trouble free trip around the UK. Would highly recommend VWFS Rent a Car if you are looking for a rental in the UK. I would happily use them again and will certainly recommend them to anyone I know travelling to the UK who needs a rental car.

We rented a Golf from West London VW for a 32 day road trip around England and Wales. The car was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Michael, the rental manager, was friendly, welcoming and very efficient. We both checked over the car, Michael went over the car features with us answering all our questions, the paperwork was completed and we were on our way very quickly. This was the best car rental experience I have ever had. Thanks so much to Michael and VW for ensuring that our UK trip went without a problem. I wouldn't hesitate to return here to rent again on future trips to the UK. Thanks and regards, Rod (Australia).
