Great service from VWFS rent a car and Colin. The car was in great condition and nearly new. You always get the model of car that you requested. I didn't know that they did car rental from Peter Cooper (the Kia site) so it was really handy for me.
Would absolutely rent from here again and I would recommend them.

Colin was friendly and helpful and was able to get me a rent a car for the same day. The car was clean, ran really well and was great on gas.
They also have KIA’s you can rent if you prefer them to VW.
I would definitely rent from them again.

I have just recently rented from VWFS Rent-a-Car based at Peter Cooper in Hedge End for the 2nd and 3rd time.

My car was in for repair at a garage elsewhere and I needed to quickly get hold of a rental car and also needed flexibility on the return date of the car.

Colin and the team were great at getting a car ready for me to pick up quickly and extending the rental was no problem with just a phone call.

The cars were new and well specified. They can also help you showing you the controls and functions in the car as well as connecting up your mobile if you wanted to.

Give them a try over the other online rental companies especially if you live in Hedge End as they are easy to get to and the service is more personal.

Last Friday my car broke down at the beginning of a 6-hour drive, I had to make a last minute trip to a garage close by and to get home I ordered a rental car from VWFS. I ordered the vehicle online and within 30 mins of ordering and explaining my urgency, I was on the road with a lovely VW Polo hire car. They are so lovely and I’m very grateful for their efficiency and service during that time of need. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent a car.

We rented a new Volkswagen polo as our car wasn’t ready for another week, great customer service and very quick not hanging around for ages, also really good location. We did have to extend the rental a couple times but Colin was great and he did this for us. Very easy to get hold of so communication was no problem. Collected a car from Colin to take my Mum and Sister-in-Law to Wales for a week. Was surprised when I went to collect the hire car, that it was a brand new, sleek VW Arteon. There was already over quarter of a tank of fuel in her and Colin spent some time with me, before taking her away, to make sure I was happy and comfortable driving her as a Hybrid/Auto was a relatively new experience for me. Colin was very helpful and professional throughout and I honestly have to say - this whole process has been much easier and so much more pleasant than, that which I have previously experienced from other rental dealerships.

I cannot recommend Peter Cooper/VWFS and Colin enough and will be using them for all our Hire Car needs in the future.
