Excellent service
I rented a car for the weekend from VWFS in Poole and the whole experience was seamless. Booking was straightforward, all staff members were exceptionally polite and helpful, and the pick-up/drop off process was straightforward and efficient. Collecting a rental from the lovely Roy
Collecting a rental from VW as my car was faulty hence the service booking, and what could have been a stressful situation was turned into an ABSOLUTE pleasure by Roy. Roy was super professional, friendly and attentive! The process was smooth and completely hassle free. Absolutely loved Roy, what a gem and incredible asset to VW.

My experience to rent a Multi-van from Breeze Campers & VWFS Rent - a - Car Poole branch was a great choice.
This particular branch was most excellent to my family and I.
The rental executive who showcased the car ,Roy Senkali, was knowledgeable and friendly teaching me how to use the car during the test drive it’s automatic vehicle and it’s very modern features. He also kindly offered to drop me off at home which I was extremely grateful for as it was raining. Further more I am wishing him all the best to keep up the good work. Not to mention the car was amazing as well, being a new model which was made and plate # in 2025 it was optimal for my family’s use and we truly enjoyed using it. Now we are looking forward to the next’s adventure.

Rented an ID Buzz GTX Pro LWB 7 seat…
Rented an ID Buzz GTX Pro LWB 7 seat for one day from the Poole branch. Roy was super helpful, friendly and explained everything answering all my questions too. Car was fab to drive and rental was a great price too! I will not hesitate to rent from them again. The location is excellent too.
