Leon is such a personable

Leon is such a personable, friendly and clever guy. Nothing is too much trouble for him, has helped me on several occasions with tech and packages for my phone and broadband. Highly recommend him and all he does to help me and his customers.

The staff in the Wilmslow store go…

The staff in the Wilmslow store go above and beyond to solve any technical issues. They are reassuring and you get fantastic help and support should you need it. Nothing is too much trouble. Was with 02 for years and received next to no help and was over sold products I didn’t need.

Leon was amazing, nothing is ever too much for him or the store to do, have always recommended this store as all the staff in wilmslow are amazing and so patient with everything no matter the query

Leon helped me with my plan, helped me with my options considering I will be travelling abroad and found a plan that suits my needs, top service and would highly recommend for anyone that is in the area and needs to make changes to their plan or needs advice

Amazing customer service from Leon he…

Amazing customer service from Leon he was so thorough and helpful and really took the time to find the best upgrade and package for me. Saved me money and I even got an iPad included. Excellent service!

New Vodafone Customer.

Not used Vodafone before, so decided to give them a try at the end of my previous contract. Leon and Jess could not have been more pleasant or helpful. There are a lot of places that should be aiming for this level of customer service. Thank you very much!

Me and my Husband went into store on…

Me and my Husband went into store on Saturday to discuss his upgrade options, we have previously had bad experiences with renewals etc but Leon made it super easy, broke the options down effectively and made the whole process seamless, we know where to go for any advice in the future 10/10

Popped into the Wilmslow store on…

Popped into the Wilmslow store on Saturday regarding a roaming enquiry for the Carribbean, spoke to Leon who guided me and my partner through all the options, advised on charges and what would be best to do for the trip to avoid any large bills, we will definitely be back to renew our plans and move our broadband when they are due, amazing service and cannot recommend enough
