Talking to someone who was customer focused - polite, patient and easy to talk to explaining about the new mobile phone we purchased.
I have been with Vodaphone since 2006 and have always had great service from them. Any problems I’ve encountered or anything I’ve been unsure of they have been of great support.

Anthony was really helpful in pricing and explaining all the option available option for my upgrade. Great to have access to the store and to see the advisors in store instead of over the phone is alot better for elderly like ourselves and the service the agent Andrew provided was excellent in the Vodafone Sunderland store.
