Amazing customer service from Nathan
Amazing customer service. I stopped in to see about a new contract and spoke with Nathan who was very knowledgeable and helped me to find the best deal with the benefits best suited to myself. We also had a good chat about life and found he’d been through very similar experiences as myself. It was quite comforting to know I wasn’t alone in my struggle.
The best customer service I’ve ever had. Thank you Nathan.

Purchased a new Samsung Galaxy mobile…
Purchased a new Samsung Galaxy mobile on the 7th Dec from Vodafone store in Sunderland , travelled back & forth numerous times to get mobile working without any success . even the Store manager tried but no luck, Finally decided to return the mobile on Fri 29th Dec for a refund , Sales Advisor DONNA asked if she could sort out the problem & HEY PRESTO she did , so DONNA well done , the rest must try harder , Cheers Ann

Went in with elderly parents spoke to…
Went in with elderly parents spoke to Rhianne from the Sunderland bridges branch.
She was very attentive and understanding to their requirements re their phone plans, and sorted out plans for both which were cheaper and more appropriate for their circumstances.
A very good experience considering I’ve had a lot worse customer service in the past very refreshing.
