Maddie is very professional and asked what my broadband needs were and matched everything up.

Colin and Maddie were great
Colin and Maddie at our local St Helens branch were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services. We were there quite a while due to it being my mums phone and having to change over some details due to a name change and we had to go back a few days later to pick up the device which was out of stock. Maddie and Colin were really patient and thorough and friendly we didn’t feel like we were being rushed but were valued as customers. It was nice to have a face to face interaction with people especially for my Mum who could look at the different options available in real time.
Thank you Colin and Maddie for all of your help. Very much appreciated.
