New mobile phone
Both the ladies, Kim and Hayley who helped me in the Poole branch of Vodaphone were extremely helpful and polite, and did not get at all frustrated with my lack of technical know how.

Dan M solved all my issues
I was having many issues with the online chats and after multiple failed attempts to sort it out I went into a store. Dan.M solved all my problems, including problems I didn’t know I had. Dan is the definition of what customer service should be like.

I have had contract with Vodafone for a number of years now which involces several renewals of contracts.
The Poole team are very friendly and knowledgable, and special thanks to Hayley who has ensured that I have always felt that I have a contract that is right for me and good value too.
A long term, happy customer here and I will be renewing again next time with them

I would highly recommend using Vodafone great service !
I would highly recommend lovely staff there so helpful! I couldn’t ever doubt them after today. Come off of work and found that my phone screen has had it and kept blinking on and off with a line of colours. They have even gone out there way to offer a discount of a repair and helping with a reasonable price to help along with other options two. I had also been offered help to try and get photos and videos back that was sentimental to me and has been so wonderful. I would like to thank everyone who helped today you all are so lovely like and great! There was other reasonable options as well as an early upgrade. Thank you poole store your all amazing and wonderful. X

I spoke with Hayley and Andrea who were…
I spoke with Hayley and Andrea who were amazing. They came across as friendly rather than pushing us into a sale. My sister in law went away happy with a 25g and unlimited calls and texts deal - this was at the suggestion of Andrea. Would highly recommend this particular store to anyone as all the staff are always more than happy to help and very friendly, they make the experience as seemless as possible.

Expert help on hand to solve any customer queries
I was attended to by Kimberley. Having been used to using a basic Nokia, I found familiarising myself with the new technology involved in transferring to a smartphone extremely daunting. However, the service was outstanding. I was guided through the different procedures and all my questions were answered in a clear and concise manner.

Brilliant customer service at Poole store
Having come to the end of a 2 year contract with Vodafone I popped into my local store to see what they could do for me after 2 years of very high bills. Steven and Hayley were absolutely brilliant. I was so grateful to them both as their priority was ‘what was the best service for me as the customer’ not ‘what was the most expensive plan they could sell’. They checked through my account and identified a tablet that had been on my account for 4 years that I haven’t used for a very long time. They adjusted my plan and my monthly payments have gone from £168 to £35.50!!!! That is a monthly saving of £131.50!!!! Thank you so much Steven and Hayley, I’m so grateful and will be back to see you again. Brilliant service. Highly recommend the Poole store!!!!
