My sales person Maryam was very helpful, and managed to find a good SIM only option for me. The only downside was that the computer system seemed a bit slow.

Dan made a stressful experience much…
Dan made a stressful experience much less so and brought calm to a borderline Kafkaesque experience, where my account was both dead and alive at the same time. I have some serious doubts about ever using Vodafone in future but if I continue to do so it will come down to Dan and his extremely calm demeanor, longstanding knowledge of the company’s internal workings, and practical approach to goofy system level failures related to account migration. I couldn’t rate him highly enough and I genuinely felt like he did what he could for me in a tough situation.

I popped into the Vodafone Oxford store today and had the pleasure of speaking with Gisa. After 19 years as an O2 customer and 12 years with BT broadband, I’ve decided to move both my broadband and my wife’s and my mobile phone contracts over to Vodafone. This decision is purely down to the outstanding service from Gisa. Her professionalism, genuine care, and warm smile made all the difference. Excellent customer service like hers is rare, and she truly represents Vodafone at its best.
