Paul was kind and clear

Paul was kind, helpful, and funny. He was clear about what I needed and walked me through the process with grace. Absolutely would hire him for a front line customer service role and beyond.

Excellent service

Maryam assisted me at the Oxford Cornmarket branch. She was friendly and approachable, worked quickly, and explained everything clearly. The whole experience of signing myself and my daughter up for SIM-only contracts went as smoothly as possible. Would definitely recommend this branch and Maryam in particular.

Very good experience

Tolis was very kind and explained everything clearly. He behaved professionally and patiently answered all my doubts. Even when I asked the same questions repeatedly, he calmly explained them again. I received a very good explanation from Tolis at Vodafone.

Quick and easy broadband contracting

I visited Vodafone today to get a broadband contract. I was very pleased with the service that Tolis offered me. He was very transparent and thorough. I found his overall service quick, easy to understand and useful.

Anjie has been most helpful to me

Good service, slow system

My sales person Maryam was very helpful, and managed to find a good SIM only option for me. The only downside was that the computer system seemed a bit slow.
