Amazing service
Amazing service! Came to Newcastle from London in a visit. Had to upgrade my phone and those for my 2 daughters. Dan made the process so easy and was extremely helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone.

In store to renew contract. Gemma served us…. Very helpful, explained clearly and very friendly though professional. Happy with our new contract.
She also gave us information re broadband which we have now changed from BT to Vodafone 😀

Perfect service by Dan!! He was just off the break and was so prompt in coming to us! Quick to find out about our needs and recommended accordingly. The other telco service nearby (the green / yellow one) should really learn fr Vodafone on what customer service really is! Well done and thank you so much!

Vodafone, Newcastle excellent service.
I visited Vodafone, Eldon Square, Newcastle with account and contract queries on my families 4 mobiles.
We dealt with a young lady called Sam, she was patient, thorough and extremely helpful.
She wrote everything down for us, dates, accounts, amounts, DDs etc, a year of confusion sorted.
