A lovely young man called Cameron served me and was happy to help me sort out a new phone and contract A super experience everything explained perfectly and helped out with the set up as I was having problems I would seriously recommend coming in to the Newbury store and ask for Cameron a super nice guy 👍🏼😃

Excellent service in the Newbury store
I was served by Andrei in the Vodafone Newbury store today. Despite me walking in 5 minutes before closing, he was courteous, helpful and knowledgable about his products giving accurate advice on exactly what I needed to do next after my purchase without once making me feel rushed. First class in every way
Cameron in the Newbury showroom was helpful and friendly from the start. I had an issue and needed to renew my contract. I am of an age where technology is bewildering and he was patient, clear, and I felt my needs were uppermost. Cameron is a credit to Vodafone and should be recognised for this. I did renew and I’m very happy.

Utterly fed up with Vodaphone
I am sick, sorry and tired of trying to contact VODAPHONE My broadband hub went down last Monday along with the publicised outage. Only my hub never came back up and I am still without broadband. My TV won’t work without BB, my Kindle won’t work but my mobile does, so the connection is there but cannot reach it. I have spent a total of 3.5 hours just ringing their number at various times since Monday. Just get a voice saying all busy talking to other customers and to wait.
I can’t complain via email
as their system is configured and it is very difficult as all predetermined responses and can’t do an email.
I will be cancelling - not because of the outage but because the lack of response and barriers to contact them. It is an appalling lack of customer care . It should be about how you put things right if they go wrong.
Only been with them since January as they persuaded me to switch. A very unhappy customer. J Harfield.
