Went in to upgrade 2 phones. We got expert advice from Nick after telling him our wants and needs. He set up contracts for us that gave us exactly what we asked for with both phones and airtime.

Had such a lovely experience with Sam on Sunday. He went above and beyond with the situation we had, to which he dealt with right away, rather than putting us on the phone like most other phone companies have made us do. Great service, and will be back fairly soon to sort switching my contract to Vodafone. Thank you again, on behalf of me and my Dad.

Well worth my visit!
I was seen straight away. The person who dealt with me was friendly and took the time to explain everything to me and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. I came away with a saving of about £30 per month on my old contracts.

Nick was brilliant in helping me with syncing my Apple Watch to my new iPhone 16 pro max
I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and he reassured me it was an easy process. Within 10minutes he had synced it all up and showed me how to use it!
I highly recommend nick his customer service is 10/10 & is very polite and understanding.

Was served by Sam today, he was very patient and explained everything in great detail to me.. Sam was presented well and knew exactly what he was doing.. I have been a Vodafone customer for 20 plus years and usually deal with advisors on line, however today I visited a store for the first time and was very happy with the service received.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted and asked to take a seat. Jack then helped me to sort out all my phone billing and internet. He was absolutely amazing. Really went the extra mile. A complete contrast to last week in the Cambridge store. Nick was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He gave me all options honestly and talked through the benefits of each. I walked away with exactly what I wanted, understanding of my situation and not having been upsold something I didn’t want.
