Customer Service
Lewis provided absolutely fantastic service when helping my mum with her contract renewal. He was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure she felt comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process.
There was absolutely no pressure or rushing, which made such a difference. His friendly, professional and helpful approach really stood out, and he is a real credit to the team.
Thank you, Lewis, for making what could have been a stressful process so straightforward and pleasant. Great service from start to finish — we’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very happy with the service I received…
Very happy with the service I received from the branch they were kind enough to give me some charge as my battery had died, they also gave good advice on how to change mobile number and that doing a list of each app which I would have to update the new number too was a good idea rather than switching off the old number too quickly.
