I spent a long time with the assistant…
I spent a long time with the assistant on deciding on a plan. However she forgot to till me it was a two year plan! When I got home and read the contract online I realised it was for two years. I tried to call vodaphone but since the number was not transferred they couldn’t help I went to the stone the next day and they told me I had to wait for the transfer! Then the following day I when back to the store and was told by the same assistant that they had to cancel the contract and redo a new one! Which would mean I would lose my number! This is a work number and phone. When i complained the one of the other assistants told her to speak to the Manager. Who then authored the “Like for Like”. I am told this is now done. Unbelievable! Since the assistant insists she told me two years! How is that even possible! Really bad service

i came to get a pac code as my complaint was delt with from vodafone and the boys managed to sign me up to a 2 year plan by being great advocates of the brand. promote them

Today, I wanted to make a subscription for my existing telephone number and the girl named Zahra was extremely helpful while helping me and made the experience really fun by communicating and explaining to me the details and the contract in a simple and easy way.
And by being really friendly she made me really comfortable and it was like I was talking with a friend.

Zara Seedat’s service was exceptional. She was a joy to talk to and full of patience whilst I chose my options ( new package )
